Logs
Found thistrig while travelling north picking up LGAs. Fabulous artwork under the portico. TFTT Geocaching Australia.
Found this trig while out on a caching run through the Liverpool area. Total haul for the day was over ten caches including 6 trigs, some GC caches and a virtual.
This was my fourth GCA cache for the day. Another different style of trig and a nice ornate little church. Parked very close by and snapped the required photos - its a two for one here with the Cathedrals Virtual too - nice bonus!
Thanks for the cache Geocaching Australia
GCA Find #191
Hoping this find will move me one step closer to the destination, be that either the blue tile or my goal of 100 trigs!

Find # 24 for the Journey or Destination games.

Parked in the side street & did the short walk to the church, took the photos from Bowden Street. As a trig done on other religion’s crosses but not an orthodox 1. Its been nice to complete this 1 as I know some people of this religion. thanks

Quite an easy find. Quite an interesting trig too. I don't get to see many like this, an enjoyable find.
No problem getting a good picture of this Trig. Parked around the corner in Bowden St. TFTT.

On our way to the Dutch shop in Smithfield, GeoDirk wanted to make a trig point photo so that's what he did.

2320, The hard thing was trying to get the 'shake' out of the camera (or the holder). Eventually got a nice shot of the passive trig point.

Technically I found it on the 2/8/2015, took my first photo at 11:58pm. I was heading back to Canberra on my weekly commute for work (very late unfortunately due to a late leaving time from home). And since I was passing this trig point really close by I decided I might as well stop and do the target. It all happened rather by accident, I decided to get off the M7 at Horsley Drive and grab some cheaper petrol than anywhere else. It's ridiculous the rip off charges along the mainstream roads with heaps of potential customers and out here the fuel prices can be up to 15 cents cheaper and at times I've actually had 20cents cheaper. Anyway after filling up my navigator was telling me the shortest/fastest route was now via the Cumberland parking lot. So I went that direction and hence how I came to be passing this. I liked how they had the church all lit up. I did train my torch on the spire but it didn't seem to make much difference.

A day trip planned with LuckyL10n to start grabbing a few trigs in different areas of Sydney. Hit Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield and Bankstown today...and grabbed a total of 32. Back in a couple of months for another go.
No problems here and the photos were soon grabbed.

I always like churches and they are easy findable trigs as well!

#GA214 - 12:45; I was headed home from a weekend event in Cabramatta and decided to check out a couple of the local trigs on the way home. I had grabbed some lunch before heading back to grab this one, as I'm not sure when I'll be in these parts again. Parked the geomobile in a side street and headed back to grab the happy snap. Came to see my daughter perform at her School assembly and finally had the chance to stop and take a photo of this Trig point.

Arrived with pjmpjm to this lovely church during a rain storm, Cabramatta was awash and we decided to stay in the car and be satisfied with whatever shot could be taken.
This of course was not entirely satisfactory but it was the best under the deluge outside.
The cross is the Passive Trig Point.

Found with rogerw3 while on a trig hunting expedition in the area.
It was really pouring with rain when we arrived in Cabramatta, so we took our photos through the GeoBuru2 windows, while parked next to the interesting Serbian Orthodox Church.
The cross on the top -- designated a passive trig by the NSW Department of Lands -- was easily visible, but my photo is a bit misty, because of the downpour.
