Looks like its bit the dust. We'll maybe bring it back to life later in the piece.

Had a very good look without success. There were not many places that it could be hidden.

Hmmm, where do I start with this one - didn't find the cache but it was just so horrendously hot and windy that it was hard just to be out of the car, so we gave up - next we found the Horse Dip which is very interesting (and you can read it from the car) - drove off down the road to head back to camp and had a flat tyre - of all the times to have a flat, hottest part of a 40+ day, grrrr! Whilst changing the tyre, a lovely lady named Leanne stopped to offer some assistance and we were soon on our way back to Cummins for a new tyre

Well, we had a similar error to jim@chris. We wandered around looking lost for a little while until we ventured further afield.

Took a bit of finding with my GPS coming up about 12metres away from the cache and had us looking in wrong spot. Interesting to read about the horse dip down the road. Took boomerang key ring and left a clay pot.

Well cache number 8 for the day, a personal best so far.
This one had me thinking the geo gremlins had invaded my gpsr as i was expecting it to be nearer to the horse dip, but a quick look at my notes told me the coords on the unit were ok so a bit further up the road it was .

Took nothing
Left a tool sheath

Thanks Snowone

Beaten to the punch, again, by B*D'S. This came on line while I was in Adelaide, so raced out friday night to get the two. Was almost dark when I came to the spot. Didn't see the horse trough. Didn't see any winged horses.(although I notice the adjoining property is called four winds)Thought the coordinates must be wrong, then decided to trust my Garmin which put me within sight of this well hidden cache. TNLNSL Thanks Snowone
