This skate park was open on June 4, 2005. Also located here is a BMX track and two in-line hockey rinks. We also opened a Teen Center in the middle of the three areas. This place is usually pretty busy!

This is Fresno, CA "premiere" skate park. Most of them are just converted tennis courts with some wooden ramps and steel rails but this was built from the ground up. Lions Den Skate Park opened on December 21, 2002 and is 26,000 sq. ft. Here are some web sites for more info.

Despite all the snow on the ground, this is a skatepark in Toronto, Ontario, located at 6000 Leslie Street at Cummer. It is located behind a community centre. (I was on my own today, so I couldn't be in the picture, though I've included the skatepark sign with all of its rules).

Found this Skate Park while looking for another cache. A lot of construction going on so had to walk in on a cold winter day. Park is in Oneonta, N.Y.

5th of 8 caches for the day (all but 2 being locationless caches - gotta get 'em done, gotta get 'em done). We were headed in the Branson area (headed to College of the Ozarks) to pick up the firetruck we bought (its a long story). I had tried a cache in this park last time I was in the area (unsuccessfully), and I remembered seeing this skate area when I was here. All the skate parks around where I live are already accounted for on this page, but this one isn't! So I grabbed it! I don't know much about skate parks, but this one seems fairly nice, and it even has an emergency button to summon help in case of an injury (the park is a bit of a remote area).

Hoglands Park, Southampton, UK. Hardly the nicest part of the city centre, not that there is a nice part. Not so much a skate park as a set of ramps inside a larger park. At the first attempt I got here at the same time as a bunch of yobs, sorry, youths, who probably should have been at school. Came back later just as they left [^] Note the nice graffiti on the side of the ramps... (one bit actually looked like Arturo from the Powerpuff Girls, except he was blue instead of green)

This Skateboard Park was created for the kids in Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland just off Old Placentia Road. Prior to the park the skatebaord activity was more of an annoyance to the local business owners.

Thanks to the creativity of the City Council and the interest that Mt. Pearl always shows to the youth of this city the kids can now enjoy their sport in a safe and probably far more challenging area...

I don;t have a "team" as it comes to skateboarding but I took lots of pics of the youth playing ---

I was surprised that the skate park in my town had not yet been taken. Our team was out for a drive and decided to stop and get some pictures. The name of the skate park is City of Sarnia Harry Turnball Park and it is located in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. It was in use when we got there and we had to quickly get some pictures when the action died down.

Clifton, New Jersey, this skate park is located on Third Street in the Dutch Hill Section , it features a regulation size hockey rink for roller hockey among other skate related items. It was built on the site of a former industrial site that was heavily contaminated with industrial waste. Practically brand new. Quite state of the art.

The Ballarat Skate Park has been open now for about a year.
It is in Ballarat, Vic, Australia.
Many kids come up from melbourne to use it, as well as local bladers and bmx-ers. It has a great range of features including a bowl, tabletops, grinding steps and different terrains.
Great drainage allows it to dry very fast after rain.

This skate park is in Liverpool, UK, next to Edge Lane as you drive in to the City from the end of the M62 Motorway.
For many years I've driven past it, but never stopped - now I have a reason to stop.
I was very disappointed as the metal ramps etc have gone, but the concrete bowl still exists. Luckily the cache doesn't state it must still be in use as its now been closed.
I looked for a sign, but none existed, I guess Liverpool City Council probably removed them when the closed it.

We found this today while caching in the Willard H. Markley Park near Perkasie, PA. For some reason, the skate park sign claims it is in the East Rockhill Township Park. Maybe the park was rededicated recently.

This is a fairly new Skatepark - built in May 2004 - this was a long awaited facility for the youngsters of Tonbridge in Kent. With money raised by local youth groups and with donations from the council and lottery fund this park became a reality after 5 years of work by youth and local organisations alike.

This is Fulton skate park in, yep you guessed it, Fulton, MO, USA. There were some young boys using the park when we got there but they took a break when we started taking pics... The one pic is of my daughter in front of the sign.

Location: Riverslide Skate Park, Melbourne, Victoria Australia

The Riverslide Skate Park is a few hundred meters from the Melbourne CBD, located in Alexandra Gardens next to the Yarra River in Melbourne.

I hope to get back down here and get more photos of skaters at some time soon.

Found this Skate Park at 2:35pm while on AWG 43 Bushwalk around the Altona Wetlands. It is called the HD Graham Skate/BMX Park and is located in Altona, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Some junior BMXers were giving the park a workout as we walked past.

1.00pm. A small skate park in suburban Glenfield, Auckland, New Zealand.
The council is in the process of upgrading it and making it bigger & better.
There were about 10 keen skaters out on a cold (10ºc) & blustery winters afternoon.

My hometown skate park in Woodend, Victoria, Australia. I actually helped get this one up and going in my time as a youth worker with the local council, so I was very happy to see this one completed in april this year. All looking good now, just a little bit of landscaping to do. The kids love it and it's always in use. I'm still yet to get out my rollerskates and have a go though. Found with Adamen.

We've been meaning to log a skate park near home put haven't got around to it, but while we were away on holidays 800km from home we found this one with some nice information so decided to nab it.

Location is is Emu Park, Queensland, Australia.

The Bolton Park Skate Park in Wagga Wagga. With many people around most of the time, it was interesting taking a photo of the sign without looking too strange.

Was being used for promotional purposes, and was set up specially for an easter event.

This skate park is in Otorohanga, New Zealand. Needs a little TLC as there was broken glass on the concrete and some graffiti. Had to be careful while the kids were playing here.

This skate park is in the small country town of Kingston SE, South Australia. Like most small country towns there isn't much else for the local kids to do, and it was quite popular while I was visiting. It was school holidays though! Because of that's coords were taken from a nearby picnic table, I think standing in the middle I would have been taking my life in my hands [xx(]

After missing out on Avalon skate bowl we did a quick trip to Mona Vale yesterday only to find it invaded by young people. So did an early morning stopoff today. This skate park is on Pittwater Road, Mona Vale NSW Australia.

This is Bentleigh East skate park in East Boundary Rd. The park is frequented by many local skateboarders; at the time we were there, around 30 skaters were in attendance.
