This log entry starts my Namadgi journey. We arrived at the Orroral camp ground at about 6 and after setting up everything we decided there was enough daylight left to do some caching. Dashed up to this one and parked on the side of the road and the three of us (JmanJezza, Mr Roo and I) raced to see which would find it. Mr Roo was leaning over and feeling, but I was looking and I could see what his fingers couldn't feel. I literally took it out from under his fingertips.

The story continues in my log entry for "Orroral Run"

Second for the night with Jmanjezza and Norkmeister. Now caching with these guys. Its always a competition. We all got out of the car and it was the first to find it which we were going for. I even put my hand onto where the cache was found. I started to check somewhere else and Norkmeister runs up and grabs it . He was so pleased. But I got him back with a walk up a huge hill the next day TFTC

This one was almost a DNF as we finally found it lying in the dirt.
Replaced safely back to where we think it should have been.

Decided the weather was too nice, so took a day off, and nabbed a few caches! I was going to take Friday off, but my colleagues got in first! Then it was going to be Thursday, but I had an important meeting booked... Oh well today's fine by me!

Being the next closest, this cache one was second on my list! - I was aiming way further south! Nice easy find, a quick stretch of the legs, and I was off again... Thanks Scotty!

Out and about with the McWinTrex7 team enjoying time in Namadgi. Dropped in on the way back from a walk to collect this cache, consider what might have been had a previous cache-laying option been taken up, and to enjoy the views.

Thanks for the cache. Thanks also to the team for their company.

2053. [green]Looks like all my logs are going to sound snobby tonight but there you have it - sorry in advance.

On the way back from a walk to a "real" Namadgi cache, Mrs Winglen (and I) had contemplated placing a cache in this very spot but discarded the idea. Maybe we were still on a high from the just completed walk but this didn't fit our mood/idiom.

Snobbery off. I'm glad I didn't see the spider mentioned in Winglen's log or I may have done a Zsazsa7 spider squeal (as adapted from the original snake scream)

TFTC and the view, too. [/green]

Found with Agent Basil and SecretSquirrel-BJC.

This was so close to being a literal drive-by. Unfortunately SS had to move the car away from the hide so we could get out of the car......

Nice hide. TFTC

With Secret Squirrel and Captain Tomato. 3 out of 5 for the day.

After the lost NZ Tourist, you would think the driver could at least let us retrieve this without getting out of the car. No such luck, top spot in more ways than one !
