Black Widow has gone on holidays. Thanks to those cachers who had fun finding her.
6th
Found at 14:40.
I'm surprised this one hasn't been muggled - I have replaced it exactly as I found it, but it does seem a bit exposed...
Fantastic container - a great little work of art. I squeezed my signature on the scroll in green and, as mentioned before, the scroll sheet needs urgent replacement.
Thanks Angel755

Drove the 4WD right to it! Great cache! Was a little afraid I would break this piece of art. Found it while the GPS was warming up. Yep log is full.

Cute little cache, love the effort in its construction. Log is now chockers, had to sign just under another, think it was McPhan!
Thanks for the cache Angel.

Well done Angel755

We spent today sweeping the western end of Farrer Ridge clean of caches. To my surprise I found that I hadn't logged my Black Widow find. I will have to go back and look up the date and correct this entry.

2056.[font=Comic Sans Ms][purple]An urban cache that gave the Adventra a little off road action. Would suggest that the owner visits the cache as it doesn't seem to be all there or how it should be. Nevertheless a well done and cute hide.

Nice hide, I hope I put it back in place correctly.

A nice quick find this morning while in the area.
I spotted the cache quickly, somehow I don't think it was in the exact place it may have been originally.
TFTC.

Fortunately I'd downloaded the co-ordinates for this a few weeks ago. Today I arrived here somewhat unexpectedly on a circuitous bike ride so didn't have any info/logs with me. However a pretty easy find spot on the GZ. Nice views, and a welcome break before descending back into the valley. I was the second to find it today.

So had a stage practice at Erindale for her comp this weekend so while she was there I ducked out to grab this cache.
After turning it into a drive by I had the cache in hand within seconds. I love the container and will bring the Geokids back to see it. They love these type of containers as well.

#526 - Nice easy find on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Very cute container (but he is a bit one eyed ).
It would be good to have a definite attachment point as it was hard to work out where to replace the cache.
Thanks for the cache
19th
Let the geokids get this one. Though they did stand around arguing who was going to reach in a get it.
Had a bit of effort getting the log out, then realised my round car key was just the tool.
Replaced a bit higher than found.
Great cache thanks

Do'h. Couldn't see a cache anywhere. Did find a place that looked like a cache may be hidden behind, but nothing there. Having seen someone find it the next day just proves I, and my friend, just lacked the requisite observation skills.
?

Nice easy one after failing black betty. Walked to the car to sign the log on something solid before replacing the cache. I like the effort you put in on the container.

Back to Canberra caching. Fortunately there were no real spiders here to scare me. Thanks.

Well I sort of found it... A few weeks back I found it only to realise I had no pen in the car. This time I came back with a pen, only to find that the dam thing would not work. So obviously did not sign the log.
One of his/her eyes seems to have fallen off in between my visits....

After several very sedentary days at home I decided it was time for some exercise, so I walked over the hill to find this cache - a bit over a 4km return trip along paths I have not previously wandered too. Saw lots of kangaroos on the way to the cache, then took a slightly different route home, which took me past a pile of kangaroo carcasses - yuck - the crows were having a good old feast though!
I'm not sure the cache is in the intended spot - I replaced it where I found it, but it might pay to check.
TFTC & the impetus to get out for a walk!

397 A nice stop off and hunt. Crystal warrior made the find after I tried with my sunglasses on! Cute cache lucky I had a tool to retrieve the log! TFTC

Found with Mitchell Family and Flamingo's.
An easy drive by (not sure how legal my parking was) on the way to Tunnels of Terror.
An easy find, more difficult to retrieve the log. I am not sure how helpful the tool was.

A nice easy find and a very cute cache. The design of the cache was incredible...we were very impressed when we found it!

Took a couple of looks into the gloom, but then the obvious revealed itself. Nice cache.

Found this one early in the day, I did a drive by initially to see what was further around that track and was surprised to find a pedestrian underpass, it's always worthwhile exploring a bit further on caches you never know what you may find.
Easy find sign and replace, though the log took a few knocks to retrieve. Nice work on the container. TFTC

Thank you thank you!!!

As usual a very cute and well crafted Angel755 cache. A quick find with Little Buds as we picked up a couple of others in the area.
Thanks very much

Ah I know what a black widow is! Glad I found the right one! Nice easy find, love the container, as always! Thanks.

1344 - I must agree with the previous logs that it is again a very nice container waiting to be found here - great effort !
We made this a virtual drive-by which made it a nice quick find - and a popular one for today it seems....
TNLN - TFTC !!
Cheers....

An after dark jaunt - not sure if this makes things harder or easier but it's solstice and actually quite warm outside. Not QUITE warm enough for dancing naked around the beltane fires but certainly warm enough for caching.
Finding the cache was not too hard - of course a typical Angel755 and superbly fashioned. [^] GETTING the log was another thing all together. As Kevin would say "Fair shake of the sauce bottle mate". About a hundred or so all the while conscious that I didn't want to damage this particular spider (highly unusual for me). Edna's tool would have been handy! Speaking of which....
20th
Black Widow is back in place and ready to be found again.
Thank you Winglen for fixing Black Widow for us.
Happy caching all.
19th
Cache back in place in time for the weekend - owner can reactivate!
16th
We always enjoy Angel755 caches and this one is practically in our backyard! We found it quickly enough but getting the logsheet out was a challenge - no sign of the tool anywhere and then when we used our own tool, we found the logsheet has become jammed in and will only come out by tearing it. The owner will understand I think. Given that we live close we have brought the whole thing home rather than put it back as is, and will either do the maintenance on the log sheet predicament ourselves or you can get in touch with us. We'll send a separate email to you Angel. Thanks for another novel cache!
16th
Is currently being repaired. Will be back ASAP.
16th
I have removed the jammed logsheet, stuck together the torn parts and replaced the little wooden pegs VERY carefully so that it doesn't jam. I will do my best to walk over there tomorrow afternoon to put it back in place. Obviously for any visitors before then there will be no cache. I know it's not normal fashion to remove a cache from its GZ but in this case all the bits are so little I was afriad they would be lost at the site. Hope this meets with the owners approval.
16th
2nd to find.
Rode up in the dark on the bike on the way to work, parked the bike, whipped the headlight off the handlebars and had cache witin a minute. Then spent the next few minutes looking for the tool, didn't find it, had my own (bike tools), signed log, then I was off. Thanks for another clever little cache. Cooeeee, a mere 20km ride to work.
16th
The clever construction of this little cache is also its undoing. The logsheet has unrolled slightly and become jammed against the peg. It requires some maintenance and as we live quite close we have brought it home to either do ourselves and put it back, or return to the owner, whatever we agree upon.
15th

Was closely watching the website waiting for my cache to be published, bing bing. Dammit someone else's cache just got published, why hasn't mine been published. Have quiet sook.
Mrs GUIO rings up, "did you know a new cache got published?"
Yes, but it wasn't mine I wonder why it takes so long?
Mrs GUIO "you could go for a FTF?"
Oooh I could too, but I don't have a GPS? Maybe I could do a Samwalkers trick and use google earth. So I looked at the map got the general area and off I go.
Get to GZ, well I thought what was GZ and OMG look at all the hiding spots for a micro 'groan'.
Start looking and give up after 15mins, ring Mrs GUIO to come down with the GPS. She says it'll take 20mins and jumps in the car.
In another 13 minutes I wander around and around and low and behold stumble across the cache.
Yay FTF!!!!!
Very nice camo if it didn't nearly smack me in the face I would have missed it completely. Didn't find the tool?? Got it any way.
Signed log, wait 7 minutes for MRs GUIO to turn up and then appologise to her for finding it before she got here. Change Toddler GUIO in back of station wagon as punishment
All good. Kudos to people who geocache without a GPS, too much stress for this cacher
