Got to the end but no luck on finding it. Did manage to find 3 round magnets with glue on them, as well as a whole bunch of beer bottles, so I'm thinking some drunken muggles might have found and taken it.

Hey found the cache, took the travelling bug to transfer to another cache. Also left a free cup of coffee voucher. Ps feet did get a little wet!

Found with RatPackLeavings and Flamingo's.
This cach was the Tunnel of Terror. With my fellow cacher occasionally tapping me on the shoulder with a stick or scraping it along the ground towards the end I was the one with the terrors.
Just can't wait for the next one !!!

Mitchell Family, Flamingo's and I had been planning to do Tunnel of Terror last weekend but the trip was postponed.
We thought we would hit it this weekend and the rain during the week was looking like another postponement but with a rain-free Sat and no rain forecasted on Sun it was good to go.
Some potential difficulty with Tunnel of Terror meant we thought we would hit the easier (we hoped) Tunnel of Terror 2 first to get ourselves confident.
We were well prepared, or at least Mitchell Family and I were. Sophie was wearing old Dunlops and the socks were soaked within the first 10 metres!
We found the first waypoint and headed off to GZ. The dark, a lack of conversation from the graffetti along the way and our own doubts nearly had us turning around but we persevered and found GZ.
Sophie then scared passerby's by pretending she was a gutter drain pig (very funny to watch them scuttling away) while we chuckled out of sight.
Signed log, left TB to encourage other's to visit what turned out to be a very enjoyable cache and it has given us the confidence to hit Tunnel of Terror next.

Grabbed the coin dropped by Winglen to help it meet who it needs to.

Excellent cache!
Found after a sometimes spidery walk.
After we finished we went above ground to find where we had been.
Now I just want to go down in the dark to scare the people goiong by.

And dropping this coin - we didn't ride a bike here (that would be a challenge) but this may soon end up in the hands of someone who rides everywhere!

Found with SecretSquirrel-BJC.
A fun challenge and a reward at the end. Enjoyed the extra headroom this time, still a clear 6 inches over my 6'2". TNLN

Knowing I wouldn't want to miss this one, Mr Winglen nobly left this cache until my return. And for fun RexTrex and McPhan decided to give it another go, to keep us company. A bit of fun walking in through the tunnels, then as we gradually got closer to the end we could hear voices. We pictured a bunch of teens messing around at GZ, but it turned out to be a large group of kids on the surface who wouldn't be scared away by McPhan whose plan it was to meet us at GZ but up on top. Mr W couldn't help himself, and let loose a series of wild growls, squeals and grunts. Not sure what the exact reaction was up above, but they disappeared soon after that as RexTrex and I doubled up in laughter!
Thanks Panic! this was fun. Took the Mini Matt pathtag, left a TB and checked through the Cheryl the Greyhound TB from Scotland.

Found with MTBO, RexTrex, McPhan, ZZ7, and TE.
This was fun, even though I did slip at one stage, and get a wet hand. The echos were very good, and the only part I didn't like was when everybody turned their torches off! I managed to get the cache, but had to leave it to others to return. The most fun of course was telling Minimatt later what he had slept through!

FUN!
As the others have mentioned, teamed up with RexTrex, McPhan, Zsazsa7, Tankengine and BBbumbleBee and in we went. A pleasant walk, nice n easy in my wellies. Passed several junctions, which I knew exactly where they were above ground, then headed to GZ where the diminutive BBbumbleBee released the cache. A joint signing, some laughter then back we went having a great time.
Thanks Panic! for an great adventure to the cache which I could see yesterday, but was just cms from reaching.

2026. [font=Comic Sans Ms][green]With a weekday invitation extended there was no way that I was going to miss out on this cache, that was unless I couldn't pass the first hurdle. Actually I should strike that it was more akin to a backwards limbo (which obviously would mean bending forward McPhan - give yourself an uppercut). I literally couldn't take steps and had to heel and toe sideways to enter the mouth. After that it was a pleasurable experience all the way as I was mostly able to walk upright. MBO was the guide as to where we were while Tankengine did the right thing by not telling us which way to go.
BBbumbleBee made the find and extraction and we then waited around while my Notre Dame condition ironed itself out [xx(].
Graffiti Report I guess there is nothing that says I love you more than scrawling those words in a drain. Apparently dougo is a bit mean too, but the responder was very very civil and caused no offence to the young BBbumbleBee. Also there are not as many biology associated drawings in these drains as I've seen in others. All in all pretty clean. End of Report
The return trip was just as much fun accompanied by the echoey taunting chant of the young (and short) BBumbleBee (I may have mixed this up with Zsazsa7 actually) , "I standing u-up, I'm standing u-up." Heh heh. More heel and toe out into a brisk Canberra morning. All up a top cache done with some top company, thank you all.
TFTC and the impromptu event.

How could I resist another cache that had McPhan moaning bout being too tall!
When MBO revealed where GZ was, It was a slap in the head moment..I knew the start, however am far more familiar with GZ, I ride by at least once a week. Directions along the way were easily spotted, and all in all not too damp!
Great company and a chance to meet BBbumblebee for the first time. Thanks for the cache Panic!.

The fun thing about slightly difficult caches is that when you decide you don't want to do it alone, you can end up having a party!
This party started as an excuse to trade pathtags with mtbikeroz, but grew into a mission with him, McPhan, Zsazsa7, Tankengine and BBbumbleBee. It seemed that there was a definite advantage in being BBbB-sized (as opposed to McPhan-sized) though this advantage was mainly used near the entrance. It was good of Tankengine to return too, which made an opportunity for more pathtag swapping.
Thanks gang for the excellent company and the opportunity for a natter and a catch-up on caching things. Left a rare and highly sought-after RexTrex pathtag. Thanks Panic - good cache!

After Batgirl sent out the request, I was keen to return to the Tunnels, having done #1 I was certainly up for the next, but for Tealby and I it was after a a few caches done earlier so arrived a bit late but was good to see Batgirl keen to enter the unknown.
despite the low approach most of the tunnel is at full height and the borrowed gum boots meant I could play in the water, but not really more than a cm deep anyway..
we pass most of the "harry potter CDs" and a hi-vis vest.. and got some great echos about 1/2 into the tunnel, and the temps where alot milder in the tunnel too.
found GZ after a short while and before we knew it the adventure was over
*recommeded*
We done Panic.. nice

Yay - THAT was so much fun!! Not only an excellent cache doing something I would not normally do but also a great chance to meet some fellow cachers - MUCHO GRACIAS to mtrax who got special prize of 'First To Respond' when I posted a note asking for company. Between mtrax and Tealby for company I knew I was in good hands.
Good old trusty boots kept the tootsies warm and dry - although I was straddling the deeper and muddier bits a lot but that's OK because I did bring along my calves of steel which I've had for ages (they are embarrassingly huge!) Got a phone call just as I got back to the car.....'Emergency at the gym...can you teach BodyPump in 35 minutes???' ....ahhhh......yep sure....(betcha I'm gonna be sore tomorrow.)
Only trouble is.....now I REALLY want to do Tunnel #1!!!!! (But I'm possibly still too chicken to do it on my own [8)])

After 3 challenging Tankengine caches it was time to Panic!
A big thank you for the invitation to complete this cache with Mtrax & BatGirlandCo - it certainly makes the whole experience more festive rather than terror-fying. Some close inspection identified the correct route, that led to a surprising location. I was glad I wore my wellies, although it was nowhere near as wet as expected & my feet were dry most of the way.
TNLN TFTC - now it is time for a rest!

I KNOW EXACTLY where the cache is, I can SEE IT, but alas, I can't quite reach it (just 20cm beyond even my arm). I work in Woden and ride everywhere, I know the location well.
But fear not Panic!, even if I did reach it, I would still go in for the FUN! I'm going in . ...........

Hey - this was such a cool cache, I'd be happy to do it again! May even be able to convince Mini Matt (and/or BBBumblebee?) to come along? Besides - I just noticed something a tad interesting/scary on one of the photos I posted! Have a close look at the bottom left of the 'mud' photo... That looks like some rather large, and very fresh paw prints in the mud! I never noticed that while I was down there! (I've attached a zoomed in version). That photo was taken deep in the labyrinth! I wonder what large creatures lurk down there!

Hey anyone willing to do this WITH someone on a weekend please contact me. I'd love to both Tunnel 1 and 2 but to be honest - not by myself. Having recently done a bit of caving I'm reasonable underground but not good enough to go it alone.

Chooo ooo *FTF* (at 10.00pm) - well that has to be one of the coolest urban caches I have done in a while! Incredible! Decided to take the advice, and do it at night! - Mind you the bit about heading toward the light didn't apply! But that's OK, I had a powerful torch, and made my own light! Enjoyed sloshing through the mud and the water. Expected to get very tired legs, and a sore back, but that didn't happen! - Had to make a few strategic decisions along the way, but it was all good!
It's amazing the kind of stuff you find down here! I think I found an entire set of Harry Potter DVDs - certainly I felt a little like Harry Potter exploring down here in the dark! - Just grateful there were no serpents, bats or spiders!
Loved the final location! What an excellent spot! Now I really just want to know where exactly I ended up! TNLN, Thanks Panic! for the fun, and yet again showing my parts of this town that I am not familiar with!
