Oops - I forgot to thank all of my helpers! Sorry ...
Anyway, a big thank you to Tankengine for taking the official photos, my little helpers BBBumblebee & Ju from jusojara, and also to Mini Matt for generously donating several of his new pathtags to the lucky door prizes - plus the extra one for me! Thanks very much to all of you for attending too.

Well, the weather was perfect...not as cold as I thought it might have been after landing at 8pm from a 10 day holiday in Adelaide.
Thanks for organising the event...was good fun.

Well, that was fun. It gave me an excuse to wear my Russian hat (all the from Russia via ebay). It was nice and warm.
I even managed to win a pathtag! – I also handed out a few too! Thanks.

Yippee – I got to stay up past midnight, and I didn’t even turn into a pumpkin! It was a lot of fun. I was even a little helper. I liked Tealby’s outfit the best!

What a great event! There's only one thing wrong with these WWFMs - they're not long enough! It was great to see quite a few people getting into the spirit with a silly costume, but clearly the costume which stood head and shoulders above the rest [:o)] was McPhan's. Anyone who is prepared to come out in public dressed like that very much deserves to win the prize! Full marks for originality.
Nice to meet a few new cachers too. Thanks for organising once agin Tealby, you have these down to a fine art, and thank you for the cute path tag. Really looking forward to the next WWFM. (Edited to correct the date )

Another fun flash mob event! Came along with BBBumblebee, Minimatt, and 2 extras! Great to meet up with local cachers, and some interstate ones as well! Mind you, I had to look twice to recognise some of the faces! What with the outfits, and the fact it was dark!
Not sure what the nearby fisherman must have though, or the swans! It was a perfectly still, and not too cold night, and the lights across the lake were lovely. Took a few photos – if anyone wants a larger one, let me know. Thanks Tealby for organising - lots of fun!

Yawn up at 6 to take Jacko to work feel like I had interupted sleep. Ah yes I did and it was fun to see everyone dressed up and excited geokids and hounds and my husband asks what and who flashed?
Thankyou
Tealby it was fun
Cheers

Well, apart from the tiredness this morning it was a great deal of fun Tealby! While I ran out of time to find a costume, it was great to see so many others dressed up.
At least we got some great weather last night,
Look forward to the next one,
Gwen

Now all of the logs are in I can formally advise the total number of attendees was: 18 caching identities, 25 total people & 2 dogs.
A big thank you to everyone who made the effort to come out in the middle of the night. I promise that the next one will be during daylight hours... (I already have an idea for that one & it will be very kid friendly).

Mrs TBHL and I left our own housewarming party to attend....luckily since she is currently carrying the new member of our team (due on deck in Sept) driving duties fell in her court, and I got to have a few quiet ales to lubricate myself against the cold of night.
Fantastic Turnout....particularly the Neon-Pram!!

Well a big thanks goes to all of you Canberra guys for giving me a starting point for my trip around your city. Not much else could be said except that I have always enjoyed a quick trip around this place.
Great to see those old and new faces and for putting on better weather for the event.
JABs.

Good to meet everyone Dad (MtBikerOz) talks about so often While trying to convince everyone I am not just the pretty tag-a-long Daughter of the crazy Biker, I do it myself now too!! Lol!

A beautiful and not too cool night scene beside the lake, made even more fantastic by all the clowns, super-heroes, Russians and Cats in Hats that came along. An excellent & amusing night, well done again Tealby.

An unexpected find if you could call it that! When The Rats suggested a drive down for the WWFM V in Canberra after doing WWFM V in Sydney sounded like a good idea. I was quite pleased as it would mean the third Canberra flash mob in a row which is pretty good I reckon coming from Wollongong!
After a few more Canberra caches beforehand we arrived just on time to see the varied costumes, some of which were really good including Tealby and McPhan. Liked the pram too!
Photos taken, pathtag won we headed off home and nabbed a couple of more quick ones before rolling into bed at around 3:30am this morning.
Thanks for another great event!

Got home at 1.45am

What a good way to bring up 2600th find and who would have thought I'd doing 2 flash-mobs in the one day. After doing Sydney's I had the crazy idea of doing Canberra's one. Time was on our side, except for the time we got home.
Great to catch up with a few familiar faces and to see everyone dressed up. Mr Safety, a clown and apram stole the show.
Thanks to all for your warm hospitality and the nearby caches we found. Thank you to Steeba for keeping me company.

Kind of handy that we had been to a fancy dress prior to our first WWFM.
We've challenged Winglen and McPhan to be FTF the caches in Namadgi.
Good luck!!!

Will be there - not sure I have anything outrageous to wear, my driver advises that she will pick me up at 11.15.

See you there....

Just found about this in the nick of time. I should be there.

Sorry, my fault. I was taught that 11:59 was the last time of each day and 12 (0:00) was the start of the next. That's why I asked.
Unfortunately I'll be back home up the coast by Sunday so I hope you all have a good time but I'll see you all at another event soon.
(Sorry for the duplicate to those watching)
24th
Just to reiterate - as extracted from the cache description...
WHEN: This event will begin precisely at midnight on Saturday, May 2nd. The WWFM will be only 15 minutes long (so the event will conclude on Sunday 3rd May).
i.e. it is Saturday night
24th
Sounds fantastic - the Gigglygeckos will be there .
23rd
As per Mcphan, I'm not sure if it is 12:00 midnight after 23:59 on Friday 1st or after 23:59 on Saturday 2nd?
If it is the Friday night then I could be there!
23rd
Looks like I will be in town for a Trade show a day early. Great way to start another caching spree.
23rd
OK - I've cleared it with the authorities, and I should be able to attend! I'll also bring my camera and a tripod! Not sure if I have any "funny" clothes though!
23rd
Or at least i hope I will....as I tend to get up at 5:20am most mornings I rarely see in midnight (even on a weekend...I must be getting old) however if I can coax the body to stay awake (i.e. ply it with sufficient caffeine) then I shall attend
21st
Oh yes two Winglens for sure - after the fun of showing up in our pyjamas at the last one, we wouldn't miss it!
21st
At least one of us will be there, it will be a little late for So.
This will be our first and I am looking forward to it.
21st
Okay, I'll go he.
Is 12:00 midnight after 23:59 on Friday 1st or after 23:59 on Saturday 2nd?
I guess McPhanKid gets a treat as that's his B'day. Reckon I can get him to attend?
21st
Bummer, I'm in the same boat as Sol - I'm going to be in Sydney that night.
Hope everyone has a great (but short) time!
20th
My turn..........rats rats rats.
As per the last WWFM event, I will be away for this one as well.
Hope it all goes well, should be a 'cool' gathering at that time........ and I'm sure you'll get a good laugh or two.
