This was on my GPS from a previous pocket query, and I found the cache today. I was then surprised to log on and find it archived.

Got in just before Spot was removed.

Spot the nut wishes to say goodbye to all cachers.

I love edna so was excited to meet spot.
Found spot much to Mrs GUIOs disgust as she has found a bright green ladybug that certainly looked like a cache in a nearby tree.
Initially I though that was it but kept looking and hello spot.
Poor spot he is a bit one eye'd.
Anyway was gentle with him and SL and replaced in his spot.

Very brief moment in between the showers. Kids can still play at a playground no matter what. Didn't hang around too long cause it was freezing but long enough to spot the nut. The nose is looking a little fragile. Might need a little super glue. Very nice hide and cute cache.

After our disappointment at not finding any of the Bridge Banters (I and II) thought we'd duck over for a look here. Another failed to find. These are three we'll be back for.

Found fairly easily, no muggle kids in the playground. Cute container...thanks

Having found Edna some time ago I started looking in the wrong spot as was expecting Spot to be just hanging around. But soon worked it out, very clever. TFTC

#530 - Had a quick look for this one last weekend but became fixated on a different nut which required specialist equipment. We returned today with the required tool to find it was a false lead. We then remembered the cache owner and revised our search. The cache was in hand in a couple of minutes. And a very lovely spotted nut he was too. Nicely made (Sadly he is as one eyed as the black widow) Thanks for the cache.

Found with Wasptor, I have spot's eye in the car, I will repair him..... So sorry i accidentally took him out while trying to put him back..... loved the cache, very cute, TFTC!

2nd time lucky for this one as I think my last attempt was when the nut was on holidays. The new locale had us stumped for a while until the little nut was revealed to us.

PS. Our nutty little friend is currently a bit sight challenged and might need a trip to the doctor again.

Spots eye surgery appears to have healed well. Luckily my deteriorating eye sight isn't bad enough yet that I couldn't spot him.
Thanks Angel755

After a major miss last time I looked for this one, it was good to see it back and findable by me. Thanks.

sooo cool. The TwistedKids really loved this one. Had trouble getting the cache from them to put it back! Nearby play ground also great for them.
Last for the day - they are all asleep on their feet

Spot the nutcase wandering around near a playground looking all over the place, that seemed to be the general theme of discussion for a couple of giggling girls that wandered past, annoying but you get that sometimes. Spot turned up pretty easy though he didn't come when whistled, naughty spot deserves a whack on the nose with a rolled up newspaper.
Replaced as found but with a little more extra cover.

Great cache and I agree the location is now perfect.

Cute cache, in every way. I do like the fact that the cache isn't in the same general vicinity as a nearby DNF that we just had... it's a good use of the environment.
Cache container has the potential to really stare right at you, if you are lucky!
We had to share the area with another four legged furry body for a while, but I tell you - geohounds do make for the BEST cover ever. You are entitled to loiter if you have one with you.
Thanks for the cache - another good one.

Found @ 4:04pm with Fore!, Shadow! & Huxley the geohound
A cute container that Fore! had fore!cast it might be that Shadow! spied first after I said I think it's over there! TFTC!!

Found with Huxley, allrounder and Fore! on a 9 cache visit for the day... well... we visited 9 but found 7. One was abandonned due to muggles on Easter Monday festivities, and another was a DNF that is going to bug me for.. oh... 5 more minutes.
Loved this cache - TFTC, Fun

It pays to listen to your GPS here. I thought I knew better and, indeed, knew exactly what I was looking for. Wrong on two counts! Once I listened to the GPS and adjusted my thinking somewhat I had a very quick find.

1969. 2LD is right. The poor fella is slightly deficient in the ocular department. But quite safe and sound otherwise. OF course with his paint job he is now a one-eyed weagle/eel/brumby supporter (groan) depending on your code. Another very well done cache - nothing less than what we've come to expect. Now if you can do some that will fit TBs or GCs even better. I did about 8 today and came home with all trackables I left with.
TFTC and the effort in creating and the creativity.

A frustrating DNF. I spent about 20 minutes looking for this one. I did find a little bobly eye but no nut.
Hope the cache is ok

Hmmm, looking in all the wrong places initially, and it seems so have a few people. SpinDoc found him and we both thought that it was a unique cache container.

A cache with one eye? That spells trouble in Sydney, but it seems to be acceptable in the ACT. No sign of edna, but Spot was nutted out soon enough. Signed his log and replaced it inside of him, then headed after the jogger that eyed us as she went past.

Bezerker said it all. Great hide

We got to GZ and thought we would look for a loose nut in the playground, why I didn't read more before I don't know, after reading and seeing that Edna was a relative we had it in hand very quickly.
Lesson here, Read the cache before taking off to find, won't be a problem when the Colorado gets here

Looked for this one this morning with an interstate friend new to geo caching and Spot refused to come out. Returned late this afternoon and Spot suddenly popped out and winked at us. Don't know how we missed it before. It's a well made cache and was what I'd expected but I had started to loose faith until he winked.

This little sucker took me ages..Hey what's with the house nearby that has a telescope dome in its front yard? Envious. Thanks for the cache. ZZ7

Quick find with Zoratz on the way to picking up Lady Timelord from work...
Having made Edna's aquaintence, I thought I knew what I was looking for, and wasn't disappointed. No sign of the eight-legged gaurdian, but I wouldn't want to search this one at night, too many lurking places for man-eating spiders....
Another great cache container, keep them coming

Found while collecting the neighbours hills series. A cute little cache, no sign of the spider. Thanks.

Cute cache - spot winked at me with his one eye. Fortunately the 2 muggles who were sitting on the seat decided to depart as I arrived, otherwise I would have been thwarted before I began. This was my last cache for the morning before heading back to the cricket. TFTC.

I was off the short leash for a couple of hours tonight and was able to get a "fix"
An Angel755 cache was just the thing - such a very cute well-made cache - if only I had that sort of craftsmanship.
I knew I was not destined for a trade when in woodwork, all my dovetail joints broke, nothing fitted together properly, and in metal work, my dustpan rusted before I even had it put altogether. Same with cars - I know all about the theory of a combustion engine, and where the service centre is located - but otherwise I steer clear of car repair or tinkering. Even as an IT professional, I feel extremely uncomfortable with hardware - unless it has a mouse, keyboard and GUI to drive it - and keep it abstract.

Found this one with SecretSquirrel-BJC.
We both needed some time out from the routine so joined forces for a quick night time caching run. Found Spot quite quickly as he peered out into the torchlight. TFTC

949 - Dropped in to look for this one on the way to an attempt at another major cache!
You certainly put some effort into your containers - this one is very nice. I just hope it lasts for a while - no sign of the guardian today!

Nice quick find on the way home from work this afternoon. No sign of the huntsman but what a cute container! Thanks for another great hide.

Tough crowd! Was at GZ within 10 minutes of getting the email and third to find!
Was familiar with Edna and her friends so was pretty sure what to look for. But the nocturnal guardian was within inches and when confronted, hid right on top of Spot, which did me a favour as I might have taken a while finding it otherwise.
So follow the huntsman, she's your friend!
Once again, lovely container, but the hide won't last the season. Thanks.

Yep a new cache, but for me only about 500 metres away. Made the mad dash, hoping just to be able to find a micro in the dark. Arrived at the GZ, spotting Tankengine's car as I did, and he came up with the find shortly after and was happy to share the *FTF* with me. Woo Hoo......
Thanks Angel755, another cute little container, and thanks to TE for the joint FTF.
Cheers,

Wow – a new cache and less than 2km away! Nipped down there, and started searching! – I knew Edna, so I thought I had a hunch as to what I was looking for! At first I was put off by a huge huntsman that seemed to be just where I wanted to look! Then, 5 minutes into the search someone yelled abuse at me from a passing car... Hmmm – that didn’t sound like a cacher! Anyways, 5 minutes later Sol de Lune turns up! (I kept low for a moment, ensuring it wasn’t that other car again) – Then found the cache shortly after! Chooo ooo *FTF* with Sol de Lune!
Lovely container – love it! TNLN. Thanks Angel755!
