Took a look for it while in the City on Monday, to find
- I couldn't locate the cache - no tell tail cache cairn where I expected it
- The locality is now very developed.
- Searching for the cache will be more and more difficult as residents move in.
So I've decided to archive the cache, and any other cachers closer to the city can now feel free to try and utilise the location.

Bummer. I probably should of had a look at the last few logs before giving this one a go. Nice little spot, but like recent visitors to this cache, I couldn't find it.

Disappointed and surprised not to spot this one. It sounded pretty easy and I am sure I was in the right spot. Oh well those are the breaks. Interesting area so thanks for bringing me here.

Lucky I have a GPS because I was going around in circles. Nice hide. Took the red car and left a yellow snake.

Lots of development work going on around, and had to skip the orange plastic temporary fence to get access. Lots of potential muggles to overlook from the many balconies above.
Found the cache fine by the telltale cache cairn. Thanks Partic.

Found this one at 19:20 while on the way to a nearby farewell dinner for the boss. Its predecessor gave me a bit of a runaraound but I found this incarnation quite easily . I wonder if it's going to require a lot more stealth in the not too distant future given those nearby apartments .

After going to the vic markets to cache, the natural thing to do was hop on the city circle tram, and go out to the docklands. Just as i stepped off the tram, down came the rain. Turned and looked back at the warm open door of the tram, but then decided against bailing, and to wait out the rain
After a couple of false starts from leaving the shelter, i made the 200m to the cache. Made an easy find, took a couple of pics, and moved on my way. Just as i got back out on to the path, down comes the rain again...
Have been meaning to come to this cache on the last couple of trips to melbourne, but havent had the time. Today, had plenty, so why not!

Found by edmil during a lunch time stroll. I figured that seeing I work in the city I should try and get a few of the CBD caches off my to do list. This was the only success I had today. Muggles, Muggles and more muggles everywhere but here. I was a solitary wanderer in this area so the cache was not only an easy find but an easy retrieve. I had the cache in hand after a bit of a stroll. Log was signed but no swap was made. It's an interesting piece of art Thanks for the cache.

Caught with my hand in the cookie jar!!! Sitting there as innocent as can be and then hearing "Oy, are you doing a cache?". It was great to meet you Phetlern. Loved your mobile caching equipment - pushbikes made for much faster coverage than foot. You have me all inspired to come back to Victoria and tackle some of those Bendigo and Ballarat caches. I'm not too familiar with this newish area of Melbourne, although I had visited this spot once before while doing the CCT series. Fortunately, there didn't seem to be a game on at Telstra Dome today, and there wasn't much traffic, or many people about (it was rather windy, although quite mild). I had no trouble locating the artwork, but my GZ was in a rather unlikely location so I used the clue and things were pretty easy after that (the coords seemed to be ~20m off!).

Staying in Melb for a couple of days we decided to take a walk to the Waterfront Market to please Mrs Wench. It was actually just an excuse to nab another cache.
Enjoyed the market anyway. The feed at the neaby Cambodian restuarant was great too.
Picked up TB for a trip up the bush to, hopefully, get some of you city slickers to get our of the city and come see the best parts of the state.

It was actually today (26th) we found it...not 25th (as I was in Bendigo at the caching event . Nice large cache, nice easy find without GPS thanks to the hints. Itrdc5's GPS has him in the middle of the soccer match nearby...so clues good! gps bad! No pen in log??? Couldn't fashion one out of the pink golf tee...the only pen-like things we had were our PDA stylii. So here's a photo of the happy group with cache (hope I got that in the frame...I used the internal phone camera instead of the external one)...though I might come back past this area soon and sign it properly.
26th
Lunchtime find with a colleague from work and BackPAQER who cycled down with his whiz bang state of the art superlight bike .
Didn't have a pen and the cache did not provide one although the container is not small
However we did take a photo to prove we were there.

Found at lunchtime - I visited the original some time ago. TNLN. Thanks.

On a damp but clearing morning. My gsps was 23m ESE but the location and cache was easy to find. Development continues apace in this area to it is really nice to see some parts put aside. Thanks partic for the resurrection.

Finally made it to GZ at 19:15 (!). No problem finding the cache, but the planned day turned out to be longer than first thought!
Nice to see the sculptures (just about in the dark!), thanks for bringing us here.

Found 14:20, on a drizzly Melbourne afternoon no one around so it was an easy find once we read the clues, as we found the posted co-ords to be about 29m out This is a really pleasant location.
TNLN, CSI=2, thanks Partic.
20th
Very quite down here for 1720 in the afternoon but you have to be lucky sometimes. I found myself on the top of a mound with nothing close to a hiding spot but the clue revealed the obvious spot not that far away. TFTC

Dropped in today to revisit this interesting structure. A peaceful part of the city. TNLN thanks partic.
18th
Found with SSMC4 and Mazz whilst trying our hardest not to attract passing attention. A little rain is long overdue around these parts too. TNLNSL. Thanks again Partic.
18th
Went for a nice lunchtime walk in the sunshine with Raskal3 & Mazz to find the cache at 13:40. TNLNSL.
Lots of builders busy putting up more concrete and glass monstrosities. It's soon going to be extremely difficult to place or find a cache around the Docklands without being seen by dozens of muggles in overlooking apartments or offices.
Thanks for resurrecting this cache at a great sculpture Partic.
18th
Found this one today, FTF the rebirthed cache, at 8.00am today. Another cache in an area of Melbourne that needs a lot more.
TNLN
Thanks Partic
