Description
An easy find in a remote looking but easy to get to park.
I headed here today to go for a new cache that had been listed, and found that I couldn't park where I wanted to. I had to go to another car park, and while I gathered my gear I recalled that there used to be a number of caches in this fantastic reserve, but they have all gone missing it seems. I have therefore placed one of my handy preset emergency geocaches I always carry for this instance. This one is nothing fancy, but it is there to be found. The cache is near where I parked, it will be obvious when you get there. Please cover it up and we will see how long it lasts.

Looks like this one is missing, even with a search out to 30 metres of the posted co-ords. With DNF's from various cachers, we'll archive. If the cache does reappear the listing can be reinstated.
Came back with Trimbletas to look for this one again but same result as before despite 2 sets of eyes looking in a 30m circle that others suggested.
Today we decided to target some caches in Launceston to get finds for the battleship games. In total we looked for 14 caches and found 12 with 2 dnfs. We had an eventful day touring through streets. Venturing to places we had never been to before.
Searched everywhere in a 30m circle like previous logs suggest but could not locate this anywhere. This one needs to be checked after 3 dnfs.

Today EeePees and I were on our way to Launceston to pick up some furniture and on the way we stopped off to find some caches.
After looking in and around the only stump in the area had no luck with this one.

DNF today, it was quite wet, but after long search we gave up.
Based on some other logs, maybe we should have REALLY widened our search.

The co-ordinates take you to another stump which was not really appropriate, so I searched in the area and noticed that some previous loggers had said that the co-ordinates were out a bit, probably about 20 meters out but if a new hint is needed, THINK BIG! It should be easy to find after that.

I think I looked for this cache once before but nowhere near where we found it today. Glad we had a little helper or three 
This is my first official GCA cache find and i was surprised it was out laying on the ground! I’ve placed it back where i assumed it goes but it may not be its original home but atleast its up off the ground and hidden away a little for now. Great little container and everything inside was still in good condition tftc

No joy for us. A couple of muggles nearby probably threw our concentration off. Thanks anyway Ghosthoowalks. We will watch future logs with interest.
#GA885 - 10:20; Back in Tassie on family business, so the opportunity to collect a few more of the local caches was too good to pass up. I had collected a couple as I made my way to this one. I was again in familiar territory, having cached in this area on previous trips south. I had collected a couple plus my first DNF of the day before making my way back along the track for this cache. A quick find and sign to get me back on track. TFTC Ghosthoowalks

Pulled into the car park for a quick lunch break. Punched in the coordinates for this cache, and turns out I parked right in front of the GZ.
Once the muggles disappeared I made a quick find of the nicely hidden cache.

Had a bit of time to spare and stopped by to revisit this one. This time had the waypoint set properly and soon had it in hand. No idea what happened last time but I'll chalk it up to experience. TFTC

A quick find in the obvious place. As a bonus we parked only a couple of metres from gz and had a muggle free time here. Thanks.

I went and checked this one today, all still in place, just a bit too visible for my liking, so I covered it up, checked the co-ords for accuracy (no problems there) and carried on with my search for some of the others in the reserve.
Went for a Punchbowl wander today, unfortunately since the previous log there has been a fire through this area so I think this one needs replacing. 
We noticed this cache listed a little while ago so while we were in the area we nailed this one too. All good here everything is nice and dry, signed swapped and replaced. tftc.

Not the first time we've parked here for caching purposes. A nice park & grab - well, it was only 10m from car.
A quick find when we got a clear run at it. There was a car parked right near GZ so wandered about and ate our lunch. Eventually they left and we moved in! TFTC

A quick grab on a quiet morning in this part of the world. Had to wait for a number of early morning cyclists to go by before rehiding the cache. Plenty of camo material available so hopefully this one will last. Thanks for the cache Ghosthoowalks
