HMS Buffalo was a storeship of the Royal Navy, originally built in India as the merchant vessel Hindostan. She later served as a convict ship and as transport for immigrants to Australia before being wrecked in 1840.The
HMS Buffalo which is moored in the Patawolonga in Glenelg is an exact replica of the vessel that brought free settlers to South Australia in 1836.

Well HMS Bufalo is visiting a RAN Naval Base. 
The cache was in the indicated location, the fire had left scars on the land scap but today it was an easy find/

In the area so stopped by to pick up some Bingo caches. Had intended to leave a couple but found I'd left my bag with the caches as well as the GPS at home.
Dropped off the Bufalo in a cosy spot along with a few other caches. Safe travels!

I saw this one get published earlier on, but I didn't think it would still be here very late this afternoon. I was dropping off some other caches for blingg and robbo, and found this one still sitting in the advertised location, so made a quick grab and nabbed it.
