Description
This cache is part of the 'Transport' themed cache race for the 2012-2013 period. It's a moveable box, so when you find it, you can pick it up and move it somewhere else.
The trains used to run through Lismore but no more. Chuggy needs to find a track he can use! Please move him around and take him to interesting old roads, trails, tracks and streams so he can find a new way to get around.

This geocache looks like it might be MIA so we'll archive it to stop it turning up on the search lists. If the cache can be confirmed at the location then the owner can reactive the listing by placing an unarchived log against it.

I have sent two messges to the CO now as to the future of this moveable and no reply. Was going to take it to Perth WA with me and relocate it over there where GCA cachers abound and there is a loction to let Chuggy have a visit. Chuggy needs some repair which I was prepared to do. No word from CO so this poor little Chuggy will sit unloved in my lounge room now till I get home.
I was worried that no-one would ever find Chuggy after placing him here almost a year ago. thanks YoungOldFella
Not at the posted co ordinates.
Surprised it has stayed here for over 50 weeks. Container is with me in Nanango till I do some checking with the CO.

Finally dropped Chuggy off in Kearneys Spring park next to a minature train line close to where I live. The trains in this park usually run on the third Sunday of each month and my children love to take a ride. I have been looking after Chuggy for the past couple of months after rescuing him from a Bushfire. I have attached a photo of the repaired cache
"Toowoomba Live Steamers Inc. miniature railway and engineering club hosts public running days on the 3rd Sunday of each month.
Members of the public can experience miniature train rides around our rail network at Kearneys Spring Historical Park in Spring Street Toowoomba.
We normally operate several privately owned locos as well as club locos on running days, including our narrow gauge “diesel” cane loco, and at least one of our actual coal burning live steam narrow gauge locos."
Due to the Flying Fox Colony at this location the club is being forced to move and the Council is assisting them to relocate to a larger location on the other side of Spring Street.
If you are looking for the cache I would avoid trying to find this one on the third Sunday of the month.

we were in the park grabbing some of the 30 or so caches in this park and chuggy decided to go off on his own and see one of the Brisbane trains on the nearby line
Chuggy visited a cache that is located on a hill overlooking the Rail line at Townsville
Chuggy chugged up an interesting track up the Toowoomba range
Chuggy had a brief stop at the junction of the Gore and Leichardt Highways while I was grabbing a cache
Chuggy visited Goondiwindi during a work trip.
i saw this one with a last found back in 2012 so I did not like my chances. after a quick look I noticed the poor little fella right where he should be but in bad condition after a bushfire. (see the photo). the systema is melted and log is gone. I should be able rebuild him when I get back home next week.

Farewell Chuggy, Enjoy your adventures seeing other rail lines around the country.
After a couple of hot days out west, we needed to moved to a much more comfy environment. The Coffs Coast is always good for that
Chuggy really wanted to come back out west to see the coal and wheat trains again.
I need the help of a special engine on this job I have to do before xmas

Well after a sweltering day on the road, I finally get to have a rest in Moree. I might even go for a spa. It looks very inviting.
Well its definitely hot out here in summer. My keeper dropped me off in town while he is sitting in a cool office. He told me he would'nt be to long!
After chugging around all day, Chuggy insisted we stop in Tamworth for the night before head further west onto the north west plains.
Today we travelled into horse country through Scone and stopped for a few hours in Musswellbrook So I could do some work. Chuggy chugged around town for a look while I was busy
Stopped off in Tamworth for the night on my journey along the range

I dropped Chuggy of with a couple of new friends, LOCT and GOBY. He's at the start of Covetrys Lane, which is a picturesque, old world lane in the hills of Goonellebah. Hopefully they enjoy each others company for the night, and that some one comes along to pick them up soon.
The best thing about moveable caches is that you can be watched by muggles trying to find it, and not worry too much. You'll either find the cache, and they'll be nothing for them to accidentally find after your gone... or if you dont find it, chances are they wont find it either.
Today, there was only one other car at the train station. The boot was up and it looked as if a deal was being made. They must have been perplexed when I parked a couple of parks away, and started to rat around in the bush. To their amazement, I pulled out a little train. "He's name is Chuggy", I explained to them. One guy just did a slow nod, while the others ignored me. Then I jumped in the car, and cruised home.
I'll drop Chuggy off somewhere else in town real soon. He's a cute little cache - thanks Narbarlek!

This is a quick grab and run. Should be able to park right beside it (unless park is taken ) and most easily accessable from the back seat of your car.
