It looks like this cache is MIA. If it turns up again the cache owner can reactivate the listing by placing an "unarchived" log against it.
This is not my favourite place, all I found was pain from the prickles... I think this cache has gone (no luck with the GC cache here either - again...) :-\
As I'm not actually playing the Bingo game, I left the cache where I found it so that those who are playing can move it on. This 'Move' log confirms the coordinates.

.Second of the quartet of moveables in this general area for me today. It took a few moments to hone in on the find as there was much that matched the hint

Oh yeah - so glad I found this one!!!! I did laugh out loud when I saw it til I thought about re-hiding it. This may warrant a special home delivery to a certain tow truck owner's house!!
Finally found a place to step in hiding place.
Grabbed n now heading west.. Added log sheet to empty container and added found logs.. 
Have to drop off, everyone should have a turn of this one
