Description
Dennis just wants to go caching!
I imagine there would be limited opportunities to go caching when you are tethered to two rail lines. Dennis has heard of caching but never had the opportunity to go.
According to the official Thomas the Tank Engine™ universe - Dennis is a lazy diesel who will do anything to get out of working. But this isn't true - he's just dreaming of a time where he can shed those iron rails and undertake his first caching escapade - his friend Thomas is always going on adventures and then there of course there was Stanley who travelled up to space and back. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XoMN-zg7r3M opens in a new window)
He thought that if he attached a bison tube with log book to his coupler he might be attractive to those of us particpating in the Cache Race, and perhaps we might take him on our caching adventures.
Will you help him?
- Will you write that met him in his logbook and on this cache page?
- Will you move him to a new spot at least 1 kms away, perhaps hiding with other moveables?
- Will you tell other cachers where he is hiding, so they can find him and take him on new adventures?
Thank you. I am sure you will make him very happy. You might find he is a very useful engine, not lazy.
Toot toot!

Thank to everyone who helped it on its travels.
still there more to see yet!
very warm out here today
He told many stories on our way home, of Thomas and his antics. Always hogging the camera, apparently - and don't get him started on the Fat Controller!
Take a lesson from the bus, and chill - I explained to him. He enjoyed the rest of the day - but looks forward to some caching/beach tomorrow. Better rest up well tonight Dennis - you never know where we'll end up tomorrow!
