| The item you are looking is a 1962 Volkswagon kombi, approximately 12cm x 6cm and 6.5cm high. The log is in a nano container stuck in the back accessable by opening the rear hatch. | |

Since I was in the area for an event today I thought I would call in and see if I could get a lift home on the microbus. Unfortunately it was no longer at the designated pickup point. 
Looks like the gardeners undertook some pruning of the lomandra and no doubt its hiding spot was exposed. Oh well! Guess that happens.

This little bus cruised along the highway and stopped for a bresk in this nice park.
Have had this bright bus in my possession far too long. Went to Tweed today but seeing it came from there I thought I would leave it in Clunes. It is chilling in the park opposite the shop. Heaps of room to park and then a short walk to find the bus.
Thanks MattyRX for leaving this cool bus on the highway. I collected it on my way home from diving in Tweed today. Will hide is someplace tomorrow. Can't find a log book for it though.

After crossing the border, we toured around the Northern Rivers for a bit, then made our way to Kyogle. There, we parked for the night, but our tour started again early the next morning.
No trip to Nimbin, today - but this tree hugging bus wanted his pic taken with the sign that pointed to the hippy destination he so wanted.
He parked on the outskirts of Lismore - who knows where he'll end up!

On the quest to find some Transport themed caches, this one was first on the list.
I found the little bus parked nicely under the Kirra Beach Pavilion. There weren't too many people about early this morning, so it made for an easy search (although the single lady on the pavilion must have thought I was underneath trying to look up her skirt, because she soon left!)
What a cute little bus - love the way the log container fits in the boot! He seemed a bit lost, and was looking for places that other Peace/Love busses may accumulate. I told him I live near Nimbin, so if he would like to follow me home, he'll be bound to find some friends!
