Description
A moveable cache for the 2012/2013 Bingo Contest
This cache is a horse shoe. There is a log attached but it is primarily for recording the cache id. My preference is for you to "find and move" it to show that you actually found it.
Rules (not guidelines)
- Your cache must be a form of transport or anything, even peripherally related to transport.
- Your cache may be store bought or hand crafted.
- Caches for the competition must be published on 1 December 2012 Australian Eastern Time (GCA Time)
Geocaching Australia has the facility to automatically publish your cache on 1 December 2012
Please refer to the Geocaching Australia wiki for more information - You are welcome to join the game after it has started provided you list the hidden date and published date as 1 December 2012 and add the word bingo to your cache tags
- You are required to add the word bingo to the tags on your entry at Geocaching Australia
You can add the word bingo to your tags by visiting your cache page and clicking on Tag in the Actions section in the right hand navigation section of your cache page - The game commences at 00:00:00 1 December 2012 AEDST and concludes 23:59:59 31 January 2013 AEDST
- The game administrators decision is final
- You can find and move your own cache during the game period provided it is not the caches first move
- Caches must be found and hidden by the same cacher (i.e. no mailing the cache to another cacher to hide)
- Only moves count towards your bingo card and you must move the cache at least 1km to count as a valid move
- There is no limit to the distance other cachers can move the cache
- Other cachers in the game will find / move your cache, but they are requested to move it on within 2 days

Logs
I accidentally found and logged some Groundspeak cache that I wasn't expecting. I nearly took it back to the car thinking I'd found this cache.
No horseshoe was seen at this location. Maybe I should have loaded GC caches as well, as nearly every GCA cache I attemted was a DNF.

Horse transportation is not exactly for long distances, so I dropped this lucky horseshoe on the roadside between Wilmington and Quorn
Bingo, I found this lucky cache about 30km south of Porter Gusta this morning
I gave it a few miles, even though the game is over

Hmmm managed to grab 6 near here but left 14
Very busy day today with several appointments. Managed to move these caches en masse and find some new ones too.
Finally home for a rest and to log them all.

Hmmm today is a special day in our house but Mr Felix was late home
So after confirming he was on his way home a message was sent me out hunting moveables as it was too hot to go earlier.
Organised to meet him near this cache as the recent DNF had me thinking this was going to be tricky but he had the cache in hand quite smartly.

Unfortunately I had identified this cache incorrectly as GA4880. Thanks to Robbo56 for fixing this up.
Dropped off the horseshoe at the base of a large burnt out tree. It's inside, on the Beach Rd side of the tree. Best of luck to the hunters
Found this very cool horse shoe hiding in a vine. I will take it to a new location very soon. Thanks for the cache fluffyfish
