Meet Mr Snuffles Elephants have been a most exotic and capable means of transportation for over 2000 years. In 331 BC the Macedonian army rode elephants into battle. Hannibal crossed the alps with 37 elephants in 218 BC. They are still used for transportation across southern Asia and Africa. Mr Snuffles lumbered around the 2012/13 GCA Bingo game. This cache looks like it's MIA so we'll archive it to stop it turning up in lists and queries. If it resurfaces then the owner can resurrect it by placing an "Unarchived" log against it.
Dropped by to pick up Mr Snuffles for a trip to Sydney next week, but it seems he may have already flown the coop. Having had a good scout around GZ though, there didn't seem to be anywhere with sufficient cover to match the hint. I do hope he hasn't gone MIA

Rescued Mr Snuffles from a lengthy stay at Pambula. I will drop him somewhere in or around Canberra. Getting a little closer to home. Slowly but surely.
Mr Snuffles is still a distance from home but at least moving on the right direction. Hopefully a Canberra put Sydney cacher can move him closer.
We're off to Pambula next weekend so we'll take Mr Snuffles and hide him there. It's still a ways off but at least in the right state.
Picked up while on the way for a day at the beach. Coords about 6m out but no trouble finding. I can take him as far as Melbourne.
I had a good look for Mr Snuffles, but even with the help of the hint he could not be located.
Mr Snuffles had a great time in Bear Gully with me..

Spotted this rather exotic moveable at the Five Dozen event - with all the cars and miscellaneous other vehicles on the table, I half expected to find the log in the trunk

It seems like just a day since we last met. Had to rescue him from the party before he'd eaten all the peanuts, popcorn, ice cream and everything else.
Left this elephant eating popcorn at a party with its CO.
Had to laugh at this - it certainly is a form of transport in some nations. Sadly it is becoming less used - probably lower CO2 emissions??
