03-May-14
Wow that is a LOT of caches my BB brought home! I would have gone too but some of us had to go to work. Now my house is full of Gnomes, frogs, Bingos and Angels! I’m going to have to do something about this and start hiding them again before they take over our unit once and for all! Very Happy

Operation: Dawn of War (Clan Phoenix Clan Phoenix Gnomeland Raid)

Cache Condition:
Fred and his cool little logbook are doing just fine. A quick brush down and they are good to go again!

Operation Summary: Leaving Sydney at 4am to reach The Gnomelands by dawn I kicked off the 'The Great Mount Piddington Moveable Challenge' with a raid of freedom to release over 60 moveables from their mountain prison to freedom. 4.5 hours of morning caching saw a good few sack-fulls return with me to Sydney.

The caches have been moved to St Leonards for some TLC and a bath so don’t go looking for them there. They will be released shortly in various locations.

Don't worry Roger, the 4 that were here are all safe. I just haven't been rushing to put them back out while concentrating on the angels. All spares I had have now been deployed. Back behind the Field of Mars cemetery now.

22-Jan-14
Nothing to be found here, I hope that this does not mean that all 4 have been muggled, some of the found logs seem to suggest they were left in place.
But has it has been 2 weeks since the last found log it does not look good.

08-Jan-14
Haven't seen this one for over a year, found it in a grab bag of angels and other assorted travellers at a local drop off point.

Fred has not joined the newly independent Gnome Gnation and is resting awaiting adventurous cachers.
However with Gnomes in charge this may turn into a dictatorship, it remains to see if emmigration is greater than immigration.

01-Jun-13
Somehow Fred has heard of this wonderful new independent country started by a pack of renegade Gnomes in the Blue Mountains. So he sent a request, well more of a demand really, to be transported there to join his brethren. This has now been accomplished and he arrived in Clwydd for his clearance.

I wonderedfor amoment what kind of transport a dog is, but then realised that fleas often use dogs as transport, as well as small children (riding large dogs while playing).
