As the race is now over it seems that some of these caches may be a bit unloved, but as this was a ache I didn't get to in the race, today was the opportunity to grab it.
We parked VERY close and basically just had to reach out the door for a quick grab.
Thanks tronador for this cache in the race and hope that it will continue moving around. I will hopefully get it out tomorrow if I can find a location for such a large small cache.

OK - this MAY be its last move in the race, but in case anyone wants to buy a cheap standby ticket to Melbourne, you'll find this one very close to Tullamarine Airport. It's an easy drive-by find, so check the hint for precise location details. It's with another MCR cache, so two-for-one here!

Seeing that it was so close to home, and this is the last day of the race, I had to grab this one, as I haven't yet seen it during the race! I will move it close to the airport this afternoon, just in case someone is crazy enough to fly down and get it before midnight! Stay tuned.

Picked this little racer up for a day trip tomorrow with the_robots and Shael6636. We'll do our best to get 800km or so on the clock before putting it back somewhere near airport again.

If anybody does want to take it over east today or tomorrow, leave a note, and I'll place it somewhere handy for you to grab, otherwise will be logging tomorrow.

Changed planes in Brisbane so hid this one in the precinct. About a 500m walk from the domestic terminal towards the air traffic control tower. It's to the side of the actual road into the tower I think. Not a good spot so I hope someone grabs it quickly. Longish grass next to fence.

The little playground near here always seems deserted when I ride by but the bike path is very popular. As usual my gps wasn't very accurate so I hope you can work out where the cache is from the clue. Please let me know what you reckon the co-ords ought to be as I'm thinking of putting a traditional cache in this spot later.

Off for another day in the bush and a quick pick-up for the cache. I wasn't very impressed with Strike-a-light's hiding spot! With all those lovely rocks nearby to choose from too. After a day in the bush checking out quite a few locations, I stopped by to pick up this cache with the co-ords that blossom* had posted for it, right near a lovely dam. Weird, I thought. My gps was pointing miles and miles away from where I was, blossom* must have the wrong co-ords or something. (brain wasn't working too well by the end of the day!)

After a bit, it finally dawned that the gps was still set on UTM!!! Once that was sorted, the cache was only 26 metres away and quickly retrieved. I'll hide it somewhere tomorrow morning.

There are some seriously BIG trees here! If you look at the trees in the various parks and bush around Denistone, you can see that the area must have been quite unique before the land was cleared. What a shame there's nothing left to show us what is was like.

Thought I'd take this cache for a trip a bit further west for the weekend and see what we can see.
