Description
This is a moving cache which was originally created for a Moving Cache Race game on www.cachinggames.com which ran during December 2009 and January 2010.
As I was creating the listing for this cache and making the cache container, my soon-to-be-wife had some things to say about my priorities as I was meant to be packing my bags to leave on our wedding and honeymoon. She still let me go hide it though. :)
The cache container has a magnet in the base if you wish to utilise it but don't feel you have to hide it on a metal surface. Have fun!
This is a moving cache which was created for a Moving Cache Race game on www.cachinggames.com which ran during December 2009 and January 2010.
Now the race has finished it is free to continue to travel Australia.
Multiple Finds are permitted on this cache as long as another cacher has found and hidden it prior to your subsequent find. (obviously!)
Damo and new wife Sarie were getting married and honeymooning during the first part of the game.
In that spirit, the cache would now like to visit places which have a special meaning for you and your special person. Pictures and wordy logs welcome. :)
Moving-cache hiding tips:
- When you grab the cache please rehide it again elsewhere at the latest within 48 hours.
- Log your find here on geocaching.com.au with a Found it log as soon as you can so others are not trying to find the cache you just moved.
- When you rehide the cache, log a Moved log and put the new coordinates in the "Add waypoint co-ordinates to log:" box. This allows the software to automatically update the new location.
Enter your co-ordinates in the format Sdd mm.mmm Eddd mm.mmm
You don't have to include the degrees or minutes symbols when entering updated co-ordinates but you should leave a space between the degrees and minutes.
Try a copy and paste of the example co-ordinates into the new co-ordinates box and type over them. - Add a hint for the new location in the Hints field when you enter the Moved log.
- Please keep this cache in Australia but feel free to move it interstate if you feel in the mood.
- Wherever possible, try and keep to the difficulty / terrain rating as originally listed.
When you hide it somewhere new, please add a good hint to help seekers to find it.

This shop... Shaft court... To me, it's all just too funny :)
(edit) Brakes Plus is actually still there. The shop behind it is new since the Google Earth photo was taken... Brakes Plus is not on topic, but the shop behind it where the electricity box is located is.

Thought i would drop this off on my way home. It is a moveable cache and as such i have put it somewhere where there could well be lots of muggles but i just couldnt resist. It will be a snatch and run exercise.
Damo said to keep with the theme of love and relationships, so who ever finds this cache might have a bit of a giggle at where i have put it. It's out the front of a shop. I placed it at night, so i could not take a photo of the shop... Lets just say there is lots of love here.
It has a particularly funny symbolic meaning for my wife and I. My wife is Vietnamese and as such, when she came to Australia to live, i took her to a few places that just would not exist in her country. This was one of them. She still laughs about it today and tells her friends back home who still dont believe places like this exist.
ps: added a photo of the location if you wanted to be pre-armed about the location for a quick grab.

Go for a stroll and pick up a new GCA cache along the way.
241, how cool is that. This cache has been sitting here since the end of the race so as Jess and I were around for some driving practice (and grab a cache or two) we thought we'd pick this one up again and move it on, hopefully in the morning.
Thanks Damo. for kindly placing a cache in the race and I hope that this moving cache and the remainder will continue to move around for a long time to come.

Cache is going to keep travelling. Have added a "goal" to visit places which have special meaning for you and your loved one to continue the theme in which it was named.

OK - this MAY be its last move in the race, but in case anyone wants to buy a cheap standby ticket to Melbourne, you'll find this one very close to Tullamarine Airport. It's an easy drive-by find, so check the hint for precise location details. It's with another MCR cache, so two-for-one here!
It's time for this honeymoon to end, and married life to continue.

Moved it again on my way home... Boring placement but to add some incentive to come and collect it, my wife added a surprise into the cache. First to find will reap this reward!
It was going to be a brazen hide, but started to get a little too brazen with the ideas. It was dark when i hid it this time and i was thinking that kids might come and want to find it, so maybe next hide it will be "out there" to find and better for kids to find. :)

After attending a few Australia Day parties dropped off near a busy road and play ground

Dropped this off after work. Dont expect it to be anywhere exciting... Just a quick "drop and run" at 4am. Didnt smack my head around this morning... And no, there was no sunglasses this time around :)
At 4am, it was really quite, I cant promise it will be a quiet spot if you are going to pick it up during business hours. But it is more of a grab and move cache, so i figured, you grab it, go back to the car and move it somewhere else... Muggles may look puzzled...
Will move and hopefully log its where abouts tomorrow :)

Got a sick horse? Here's the place for it... but how will you get it through the front door? :-)
Moved 7.28km
Hidden again at the 5th Footscray Scout Hall, in the same "Brazen Hide" as before.
Will move on to a spot we've been to before.

Back to a place this one's been before. The honeymoon continues in Melbourne!

Dropped Damo & Sarie back in Melbourne. You can get two for the price of one as it is located with GC 2042P

Just to show Bendigo has more tha one body of water, this cache is now located near Lakes Neanger and Tom Thumb.
Hint; Right in the corner.
Moved 129.81km
I've moved this one to Bendigo for its honeymoon, on Lake Weeroona. It's hidden with another moveable cache, "..by the water", so this find is a two-for-the-price-of-one! Pretty obvious hide, but check the hint if you need the details!
December 2009
Red? No!
Blue? No!
Yellow? No!
Green? Well look, there it is!
I must agree with c@w... very "brazen"... cache was in full view, yet somehow looked completely normal where it was - like it belonged there. I grabbed it about two minutes before the huge thunderstorm came through - nice timing. I'll move it on in the next day or two, out of Melbourne to one of our big regional centres. Stay tuned.

Hidden again at the 5th Footscray Scout Hall in Seddon, in what C@W would describe as a "Brazen Hide". Thanks Damo for the wedding photo.
Not quite as brazen as you might think. I happen to be one of the Scout leaders at that place.

We drove to Williamstown on the way home and dropped off this cache on the way. This game is fun. Thank you Damo..

A quick stop in a familiar location for this game, but before anyone goes looking for it, it will be off again in just a few moments.
Found this one with GabGab this afternoon. A very brazen but quite cunning hide. We swooped in and away with the cache. It won't be moving far and will still be in the west, kind of down Williamstown way.

What fun we have had over the last day or two. Hidden now on the grounds of the 5th Footscray Scout Hall, in Seddon.

Moved it again, to a place known to a number of local finders.

Hidden today in a tree base protector in the carpark at Bunnings Altona. Should be an easy find.
Moved 94.84km
Sorry C@W, I woke up at 5am, and saw that it was within a short drive and had to grab it then and there before it got away =oP (As you know these things are quick!)
Might have to go for a day trip to Ballarat though to log a find...
My congratulations to Damo and Sarie for getting hitched!
Missed it by that much.
I hope it comes back as this is the only one in Victoria for the game I haven't got yet. I should have been less slack during the week, but I thought I'd give some others a chance.

Thanks for the fun Damo, and enjoy married life.

In a place which will be very familiar to some (c@w!!!). Safely stowed up the leg of the green post box.
Congratulations on the wedding, Damo. And thanks for the cache.
Time to move this one to the western suburbs...
Moved 8.85km
Hid in one of our Green friends in a surprisingly leafy location
As luck would have it I had an appointment in Glen Waverley this morning so was able to swing by this cache as I headed back to the city. Nice easy find as GZ was deserted. Will look to re-hide soon.
Congratulations Damo and Sarie on the nuptials on the weekend and hope your caching adventures continue throughout your marriage

The camo on the cache is "Spray Stone" paint from Bunnings. When painting plastic it's best to give it a bit of a rub with sandpaper first.

Geoson and I dropped off Geogirl and mum at her choir concert and then we went in search of a good hiding spot.
Hopefully this will be in easy reach of all those SE cachers. Since this has the most km's of all the caches, it's probably time to get some moves up on it as well.
Thanks and congratulations Damo.
Anyway, great to find out first cache race movable. We will place it later today.
Thanks Damo - That camo is great. I'd like to know how you got that effect.
Just not quick enough I guess - maybe tomorrow?

Time for a coffee?
A very nice cammoed cache.
Congradulations on the wedding.
Good luck on your travels

First hiding place is next to the Dibble Street waterhole. I had been living in the area for a couple of years and never knew this pond was here as it is so hidden. The waterhole is what remains of a brickpit which was mined 1885-1888. Now it is a popular nesting place for birds and you are likely to see many ducks and ibis. Unfortunately the viewing platform overlooking the pond is locked off.
