Description
Like a boomerang, this cache wants to return back from whence it came
The point of origin for this “boomerang” is S33 23.056 E151 20.827 near Gosford NSW Australia.
Once the boomerang reaches the full extent of its range (amplitude?)- this will be where it initially lands - it should return home.
It is fine if the return trip is somewhat circuitous.

Dropped off in a lovely area of blue gums. Shame about all the weed growth underneath. There is a pathway into GZ opposite the driveway of No. 5
Picked this up at Lake Parramatta while looking for a new GC one. Will move it on shortly.

I dropped this boomerang near Lake Parramatta in a spot that turned out to be very busy today! Plenty of cachers to choose from to pick it up
On a great day around Parramatta, we found this boomerang. Luckily it was easily out of reach of the recent floods, although it's hiding spot would have given it a good view of the rushing water!!
Moved this to a favourite spot of mine, on the banks of the river in Parramatta Park.
Retrieved this one today when I went to check the coordinates of a nearby cache of mine.
I'll replace the ripped ziplock bag & add a pen to the container before I move it to a new location.

Quick search but it was getting too dark to see. Might need to come back during the day
Have transported Boomerang III up to the Lower Blue Mountains, to an obscure and dilapidated park in Blaxland, just off the Great Western Highway.
It's not really hard to get to this place, once you start looking for it!

Found this one very quickly, after dark, because of the good clue.
Wet outside but dry & in good condition inside.
TNLNSL.
Will try to move it a bit further north, but can't make it to Gosford.
Many thanks to Grank.

Moved from Pymble Station. Located next to a small community mall and very close to my house. It shouldn't be a hard find and sorry i couldn't move it closer to Gosford...
Found it pretty quick. Sorry about the late log. Grabbed micro @ 2073 after. Tftc. Hope to move it closer to gosford soon.

Found it right where richary said it was. Was searching and found a small babushka doll as well, Didn't want to move cache, so left it there so someone can take to on the train to Gosford. Dropped in the doll. TFTC

Now situated right next to Pymble station, this should be an easy grab for anyone heading to the Central Coast by car or train. It's behind the large green bin in the little carpark, under a bush reachable from the flat. It's also got a fallen branch on the bush in question.
It might be almost at the end of it's journey!

Grabbed this one today, nice and close to home. Might be able to get it to the north shore in the next few days. Heading closer to home!
'Boomerang III' has moved to this lovely little park (Lachlan Macquarie Park). It is not far from the vehicular service entrance, the hiding spot will be obvious as you get closer to GZ.
Picked up this movable cache this morning, I had noticed it hanging around the Zig Zag Railway, but it was a bit out of my way, no direct route for me to get there. However since it has moved I can get to it easily.
It will be moved again presently.

Left in the Hazelbrook Tran Station Carpark.
This cache has gone unfound for so long and was sitting a long way into the bush. It needed to be rescued,so it will now be moved to an easier hide.
First, a GREAT BIG SORRY for holding this one so long. The reasons are long and personal so sorry again.
The Cache is now located at the top of a hill between 2 lookouts near the Zig Zag Railway. It is not too far off the walking track but far enough to be away from the muggles.
We drove to top points station in a 4wd, or you could catch the train but you will need time to find it so don't wait till the last train of the day, just in case.
Enjoy!

No wonder I found the camo cover but no cache under it.
Bah humbug to not checking the cache page

Have been watching this one for a few weeks and was in the area today so it was on the list to find. Got to the spot and had a bit of a search around without luck. Got a bit more enthuastic and finally located it very well hidden under about 6 inches of leaf litter and bark right where the hint indicated.
This is our first GCA movable cache find and only our 3rd GCA find.
TFTC and will rehide soon.

Moved very close to Orange, Have fun Boomerang.
Gotcha. I'm travelling Nth next month, so I'll hang on to it till then if OK? I'll try and drop it off somewhere in the Cowra/Orange/Dubbo region. Will post new coords a few days after I drop it off.

This cache listing has a country of New Zealand...which makes it a little harder to be found by others....

Dropped this near home for another ACT cacher to collect - wrong direction of travel, but I'm sure it won't be there for long!
Dropped past to collect this one. It was an easy find. It's likely to move a few kms further south again, but that's part of the fun!
The third Boomerang is starting to circle back toward the central coast. But it's gone interstate (inter-terrritory) for a while !!
It's hiding out near a small abandoned quarry in a nature reserve waiting to continue it's journey back to where it came from

While strolling around Wagga Wagga today I made a very slight detour along my way to find a Boomerang wedged into the top of a very large tree stump. A tiptoes and stretch retrieve. My turn to throw it now. But how far ?
Found on a night cache assault .Been to this well cached park many atime now and zoomed in to gz with the torches.A night bike rider with a torch went by conducting cache maintaince checks....a nightly ritual we suspect!!Thanks to Grank and Murf and chief observer "roostaman" deep in card tournament "winners speeches" thoughts at present!!...TNLN.
Found a nice quiet bush setting not too far from where the visitors will be on the weekend. Hopefully someone will get to it before they leave town.
Found it near work today.
T: carabiner & L: a boomerang keyring.
Now for a nice quiet spot to wait for some more visitors.
Thanks for the fun Grank,
Roostaman.

An opportunity has come up... There will be a bunch of travelling cachers invading Wagga next weekend. I'm putting this one out today for a Wagga local to pickup and take back, so it can be hidden in time for the event.

Day 10 of our NZ tour.
When planning our trip, I checked for GCA caches in the South Island, and this was the only one that showed up! It hadn't had any love for 15 months, so we decided to stop off and move it along on its way...
We arrived in a parking area nearby and went for a wander through the beautiful rose garden. It was nice to see such a beautiful, tranquil area hidden inbetween all the roads and bustle. After checking the GPS, it was pretty clear (even from a distance) where it would probably be, so we wandered over and picked the cache from its little hidey-hole. It was then that we spotted the waterfall that was mentioned, so we had to go and check it out... Very different! Unlike anything we'd seen before.
After we grabbed some photos of the waterfall and the rose garden, it was time to move on (we were on our way to Christchurch). Once i've had a chance to sift through the many photos from the trip, i'll try and post a couple of Timaru up here.
I hope to find a suitable place to hide it around here sometime soon, so watch this space! I'll also grab the UFD TB, and move it to a GC cache somewhere too...
Thanks for our first moveable cache, and a visit to a beautiful place we wouldnt have seen otherwise!
Cheers,
Murf & Mrs Murf.

It's on the move and reached Timaru South Island New Zealand.
This is a really nice park - check out the waterfall!
I'll post some pictures on my return home.
You'll also find that "Zhovti Vody, Ukraine" Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug is in the contents of this cache. As this is a GC TB please feel free to seperate it to continue its travels.
