Description
Look for the metal case welded on top of a star picket
This one is a non traditional / traditional. There is no real cache as such ... it's a centenary logbook which any muggle can also sign. We've plastered the Geocaching Australia Sticker inside to claim the box, now all you need to do is log your find.
It's located at the corner of Banker-Mount Day Rd. and the Holland Track. The Plaque celebrates the centenary anniversary of the Holland Track 1993.
So come on, make your mark ... we have!

This has to be one of the easiest of caches we've ever had the pleasure of finding. The cache is visible from at least 40 mtrs away (when travelling north), and is still in quite good condition, considering the fire earlier this year. There have been many visits from muggles (because of it's visibility and position) who have left postcards or business cards etc as well as leaving their names in the logbook. As many before me I signed the log book prior to continuing our trek north-eastwards. Thanks to Mike and Therese for the cache.

Last cache for the day (8th of 10) before leave the Holland Track for an overnight camp at the Breakaways. Can't wait to finish the rest of the trek to Coolgardie.
Thanks TLC for the cache. Had a read of all the logs in book whilst having a breather from the driving.

Nice place for a book to log and very interesting reading if you spare the time. We placed the book in a large zip lock bag as winter is just around the corner and it may help it keep dry.

After a chilly morning at Sandalwood Rocks and a fog covering the area we thought we would head along the track and have breakfast here.
However whilst the fog had cleared a wind had sprung up and with the temperature hovering around 6 degrees we think all that was lost with the wind chill.
Rather a pleasure to get back in the car and plod along with the heater on.

Signed the log last weekend when we did the track with the crew from camping wa not even realising it was on here although we did see the sticker. Was a very quick trip and are looking forward to getting back out there to camp and see more that we missed. Oh and if you are out that way the cave hill area is also worth exploring.

We found and signed this log on 5/10/04, before it became a cache it would seem, and long before we had heard about Geocaching. So I am logging this find today (26/05/10). I loved the Holland track and will be happy to do it again one day
