Description
Rocks, Locks and a Box - Find a Key 2 is the 55th cache hidden by caughtatwork.
This cache contains the second key to Rocks, Locks and a Box.
By key, literally a key, for a padlock that is attached to the cache container at Rocks, Locks and a Box (GA0408).
Your challenge is to locate this cache, collect it and run away. You then make use of the key inside to unlock one of the padlocks at Rocks, Locks and a Box. You can then make your log and rehide the cache.
The log sheet is waterproof to (hopefully) ensure its longevity.
There is only one rule:
- This cache must remain within 5km of Rocks, Locks and a Box.
- When you grab the cache please rehide it again the same day or at the latest within 24 hours.
- Log your find here as soon as you can so others are not trying to find the cache you just moved.
- When logging your find at geocaching.com.au, please insert the co-ordinates in the coords box.
This allows the software to automatically update the new location.
Enter your co-ordinates in the format Sdd mm.mmm Eddd mm.mmm
You don't have to include the degrees or minutes symbols when entering updated co-ordinates but you should leave a space between the degrees and minutes.
Try a copy and paste of the example co-ordinates into the new co-ordinates box and type over them. - Wherever possible, try and keep to the difficulty / terrain rating as originally listed.
- Even though the temptation may be almost unbearable, please do not haystack the cache when you rehide it.
Then run away as fast as you can.
Enjoy.

I finally found this cache after calling Robmc. The co-ords were excellent, the cache was just hidden very well. As Find a Key 1 has been barricaded off, I'll archive this series with only 5 finds in two and a half years. The cache may appear in a different incarnation sooner or later. Thanks to everyone who took the time to find these caches.

Found the key even more quickly this time knowing what we were looking for. Was a little muddy last night and I was in my good clothes too. Still you can't let that stop you caching.
Thanks

After reading the last log, I guessed I had better see if I could find this one first. So I jumped on the deadly treadly and raced off to the spot. Didn't know what I was looking for so I looked under it to see if there was anything there first! As soon as it was in hand I recognized it. One key found, one to go.
Thanks, Robmc.

I was down visiting my brother who lives not far from this group of caches. We decided to try and find this one first as it was furtherest from the main cache. After searching for a little whilst with no success we decided that we might give caughtatwork a bell and make sure that all was still well here. I didn't happen to write the phone number down from the last cache so we headed to another of his and logged it as well! A call to caughtatwork and then one to factiman from C@W gave us a general area to work but alas no success. We will keep an eye on this one and tackle it again. Cheers.

Re-hidden by Facitman, e-facit and s-facit at 13:00
After finding this we soon realised that time was against us, so instead of hanging onto it we re-hid and will return another day for the full set!
Thanks caught@work for a unique idea.

Stopped to see if we could pick this one up. Took a while at GZ to find as we weren't absolutely sure what we were looking for! s-facit came up with the cache, now for the other one!

After several attempts a few weeks ago, today I worked out what the problem had been.
I found my cache mirror over the weekend, and so today was able to get a better view of where the cache was hidden - well out of my reach.
After finding a stick that was small enough to get in the hole, but strong enough to push the cache out, it was quickly off to Find A Key 1 to get to the cache.

Not sure what I should be looking for, but looking for what I am looking for at the location I think I should be looking, and it's not looking like I'm having much luck.

The place I found this one reminded me of the pink lake in Port Augusta. The cache was found with little trouble at all. I took it and found the other then after using the keys was returning and thinking hmm better hide it soon. I didn't know the area very well so if you wonder why I put one of those there thats why.
Thanks C@W Some interesting work

Logging the starting co-ordinates for posterity and to leave a small clue.
Your clue is that even though you are not near anything where you could hide a cache, it is actually there. Right out in the open. Just like that.
