Description
This is an easy find just up the road from another one of our caches. If your wheel chair bound getting to this cache is easy as there is wheel chair access available .. although you may need some assistance to actually retrieve the container. A word of warning the sign on the gate indicates the car park is only open between 8am and 8pm .. although we have seen it open after midnight.

This cache appears to have been missing for about a year, so to stop it showing up in cache searches it is being archived.

I noticed that the last 2 visitors did not find the cache so I called in today as I was in the area.
It seems that that it is gone as the cache is definately not where it was before and I couldn't find any trace of it in the area surrounding its original hiding spot.

Had a fairly good look around at this one. GPSR was pointing me to the rocks about 4 metres south of the main structure, had a look through the rocks but nothing turned up. Decided to give the structure a good looking over but didn't find anything there either. I might have to look through some more logs on this one to see if I missed something or it's gone now.

An easy find, but it was on the ground - the cache beginning to loose its attraction. While I don't come down here often, it's a new place for me to have a fish at. TN

An easy find which was made easier because as I approached the site and looked on the ground there was the cache. It appears that there is little or no magnatism left in it. I put it to a peice of metal and it stuck but it may need repairing. Sorry I didnt have a magnetic keyholder with me

A nice and quick find. Thanks for bringing us to this unquie place. It was the perfect weather and no blowing winds into our faces nor rough water. Very tempt to have a dip into the water - got to move on. Thanks for the fun and location.

DNF my gps suggested it was 6mtr from the edge of lookout, did not want to get my feet wet, so will come back another day.

Great spot!! Lived in the area for some time and never been there. Shame on us! Found it without to much trouble SL and replaced. Thanks for taking us somewhere new.

Very nice views. Bit windy but lovely & fresh sea smell. Enjoyed the scenic location. Thanks for making us enjoy the scenery. Wouldn't have noticed this spot otherwise.

This was our very first find! so we are no longer geo-caching virgins! Thank you Team Landcruiser for showing us a nice coastal spot we hadn't been to before. Found the cache quite easily, filled in the log and had a walk around, then took off to Thomsons Lake (minus a boat) to have a go at our 2nd cache. Was very enjoyable, thanks again TLC

Nice easy find for GeoLee in charge of the GPSr today. On retrieving the cache it was found that the magnet had seperated from the container. We attempted to replace the cache with one of our own magnetics but the logbook wouldn't fit so we just secured the magnet as best we could and replaced the cache.

Having decided to do the other cache first I missed out on the FTF here as well but the lights over the sound are stunning from here.

After scoring a FTF on the other cache up the road we drove down here. The cache was located in short order. We did a high five and a bit of a dance after picking up two FTF's tonight.
It was dark by now and the views around the sound are spectacular at this time of night.
