Description
An entrant in the Weeping Angels Geocaching Race run over December 2013 & January 2014. This time it is based on the Weeping Angels epsiode from Dr Who. Unfortunately despite being able to trace my Dr Who lineage back to the advent of the Daleks, I never saw the Weeping Angels.
The race is over but you can continue to find Crystal, move her somewhere accessible etc.
There is no logbook so have written the cache number somewhere.
Don't hide it with a GC cache as this often ends in tears.

Logs
Given this was moved here 3 years ago, perhaps I was over-ambitious to hire canoe and paddle across.
Much evidence of muggle vandal activity at this location.

Hired a kayak for a paddle on Narrabeen Lagoon - a dragon-free zone. The rain held off and the sun broke through. Found a nice little beach on Wimbledon Island with a small clearing behind it and left a bunch of movables there.
Lots of hidey holes so took some finding. This park is named after Tania Verstak who was named Miss Australia 1961. Cute! Found at 10:30 am. Will move to a new hide but may take 1-2 weeks.
Feeding the Manly Dragon a dose of trying to catch up! Great views await from Crystal's new home.
Wow that is a LOT of caches my BB brought home! I would have gone too but some of us had to go to work. Now my house is full of Gnomes, frogs, Bingos and Angels! I’m going to have to do something about this and start hiding them again before they take over our unit once and for all!
Operation: Dawn of War (Clan Phoenix Gnomeland Raid)
Cache Condition: Poor Crystal has lost a wing but otherwise shines bright!
Operation Summary: Leaving Sydney at 4am to reach The Gnomelands by dawn I kicked off the 'The Great Mount Piddington Moveable Challenge' with a raid of freedom to release over 60 moveables from their mountain prison to freedom. 4.5 hours of morning caching saw a good few sack-fulls return with me to Sydney.
The caches have been moved to St Leonards for some TLC and a bath so don’t go looking for them there. They will be released shortly in various locations.

Crystal has been picked up and is ready to move again soon, well as soon as the rain stops anyway!

Can already guess where Crystal will turn up by May 1st!
Crystal Hidden was hidden very near my house!
Thanks to rogerw3 for the transportation.

Time for Crystal do take a trip up the mountains.
Don't bother looking he is already gone.

This little Angel has been languishing for far too long in this spot, so a trip up the mountains is in order.

Picked up a lot of angels today but missed this one as I couldn't park nearby. I'd walked to all the others but this was on the way out and there was nowhere to stop.
Yet another Angel has made it back to Parramatta!
Crystal has made the trip up the mountains to meet the local Angel guardian, before being moved back to the big smoke quick smart.
Don't bother loooking, gone already.

Crystal has been found again and is now on the way up the mountains to meet a local Geocacher before going back down to the big smoke.

Moved this one down to Rookwood, in hiding with Lucifer. If I leave them looking at each other they should be harmless.
Back from Canberra again! Found in a bag full of angels that I thought I had better grab before the wreak havoc on the good citizens of Normanhurst.
Moved with a swag of others to the Normanhurst drop off point. Note it's not the usual hiding place but in the concrete cave to the right.
Found at Yass and now back in Sydney. Will be placed again soon.

Out for an evening drive with Black Bunny, so we thought we'd just bring a few Angels to Canberra.

Moved with two others to the rest area just off the Hume on the Boorowa Road. Dead tree marked with yellow cross opposite the bins.
I've had it for a couple of days, so time to find another home. This time on the north shore.
A quick run down to Rookwood for some angel grabbing. This was found just hanging around so safely neutralised and brought home.
Another pretty one, travelling in tandem with another. Looking for a logbook I unscrewed what I thought was a nano attached to her base only to discover she blinks, or did. The batteries are flat. No log book I see. She's gone, I took her home.

Two angels still working in tandem. They sense a concentration of sweet geocachers' blood on Wednesday night and are gathering for a bloodfest.
[Edit - forget about the blood - I was told these creatures feed on life energy ]

Sharing a bag with a very similar dark hearted angel to feast on the souls of Pymble.
A sparkling character with a dark heart (flat batteries, I guess). Will pop up somewhere east of here tomorrow.

I nearly missed this one before going back and checking - smaller than I expected! Would look good on the tree.

A quick stopover in Leura before going on with more travels, back to the big smoke this time.
Don't bother looking this one is already gone on its way.

Another new moveable is always good to find! A new Angel as well with more to come (I hope).
There will be short stopover in the Blue Mountains before the final destination.
Special thanks to tuena for the drive around Berry!
