Description

This should explain everything:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwdbLu_x0gY

The angels have the phone box.

Sally Sparrow: What am I supposed to do?

The Doctor: The blue box, it's my time machine. There is a world of time energy in there that they could feast on forever, but the damage they would do could switch off the sun. You have got to send it back to me.

Sally Sparrow: How?... HOW?!

Some game rules ...

  • The game starts on December 1 2013 and finishes on January 31 2014 AEDST.
  • Caches must be found and hidden by the same cacher (i.e. no mailing the cache to another cacher to hide).
  • There is no limit to the distance you can move the cache, but please keep it in areas where it is likely to be found again soon.

See all the details at Weeping Angels

Found it?
Then Log itwith a Found it log so others know that it's been moved.
And then... please move it on as quickly as possible and within two days. Hide it where she can easily be found by other geocachers but well out of sight of muggles.
And then...  create a Moved log giving it new coordinates and a simple, clear hint to help the next finder.
Above all ... Don't Blink!

Logs

This cache looks like it's MIA so we'll archive it to stop it turning up in the lists. If it's found again the owner can log an "unarchived" log against it to resurrect it.

GA6486 has sat around too long.
Let's moved you on a little as a 'found and not moved log' tends to trick teams into thinking you are not there.
Cheers

How could I resist, c@w and GabGab tempting me with my first moveable finds for this year's race, so close to home. And seven caches so close to each other! I don't have time to move and re-hide them, so signed the log and left them here for the next finders. Cheers!

I almost had to log a dnm (did not move) when I arrived at the normal cemetery drop off point to find some construction crew right next to gz. I thought I'd grab a couple of caches and come back for another look but I found a likely hiding spot nearby.
Thanks Yurt for the Angel. Nice one.

I had arranged for a group of Angels to be deported and had left enough other movables to keep watching them so they would be safe. They were picked up this afternoon and I was happy to see the back of them.
The only problem was that part of the deal meant taking in another group of Angels from up north. I had an inside word on these so picked them up this afternoon. I'll spread them around Melbourne in the next couple of days in my normal travels.
Thanks Yurt for the Angel and the exchange.

A prisoner exchange was arranged in our southern angel capital. Nine angels from NSW and ACT were exchanged for nine angels of various origins who were being kept in an angel-proof enclosure in Templestowe. A bedraggled assortment of various other moveables was also rounded up. All in a day's work. Thanks to geo-jas.

This one is a little behind the other group I put out the other day as it was in need of running repairs. The TARDIS is now reattached so good to go. Back in the usual spot at Normanhurst.

Normally I wouldn't endorse finding your own cache but in this race it's not against the rules so I grabbed Sally Sparrow's target and will give it a good move to where there are more active cachers as it might sit here for the rest of the race otherwise.

Off to the northern beaches for some terror there after I had it for 2 days.

This Angel has made the trip to Leura to try to nab some unwary soul, but it has already been moved back to a better hunting ground.

09-Dec-13
I noticed this morning the new Angels in Rookwood so how could I resist. This one was in a well used spot that did not require the use of the GPSr, so it was quickly grabbed eyes wide open, no blinking here!

Picked one up and replaced with this one.

All this Dr Who banter is so confusing. I understand nothing, having never watched a single episode. I have come across many caches with phone boxes attached to them, now an angel has one too. Why? I've grabbed this and will relocate soon. Lucky Richary mentioned the usual tree or I may have been searching some 30 m away. Cute little angel this one, burdened with its box.

Instead of Narrabeen work took me to Yagoona today, so I took the opportunity to drop it off in Rookwood where I am sure it won't wait long. The coords may be a little out as the iPhone thought I was somewhere weird for some reason, so I had to look back at frog history and Google satellite. It's in the usual tree for these races though.

02-Dec-13
Very cool! Spotted and signed at the GCNSW Monthly Committee meeting before it made it's escape with Richary.

02-Dec-13
Well this is certainly the most imaginative one I have found so far! It just happened to make an appearance at our Geocaching NSW Committee meeting after Baktrak grabbed it from Normanhurst before I had a chance to get to it. Should be able to drop it down on the northern beaches in the next couple of days where I see Tyreless has placed one so it should get a move from there. Thanks Yurt.

Gone to meet a few cachers that will keep their eyes on it. One of them will take it.

02-Dec-13
The call came through this morning that the Tardis was is imminent danger from one of these stony-faced beasts. I jumped through spacetime and froze the attacker with a steely-eyed gaze just before she pounced, for a *FTF* (first-to-freeze). I'll keep an eye on it for the rest of the day and take to a cacher's get-together tonight.
Nice bit of construction on this one.

02-Dec-13
A day late due to some wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff but this angel is ready to get you!
