Description
Late, But in Earnest. Sero joins Leapfrog in January!
"Sero Sed Serio" is Latin for "Late, But in Earnest"
It is the motto of Clan Kerr, my mother's maiden name and Scottish ancestory.
Three new Leap Frogs were released at the ZEAMMAFF Event held on January 3rd 2012... who fit this motto perfectly and so were awarded names accordingly!
Sero is a Dreaming Staked Green Frog with a spikey personallity. So rather than trees he likes to be firmly planted in the ground while still enjoying a high vantage. His two best mates are (Gn)Sed and Serio who also came late to the party but are chuffed to be involved in the Leap Frog Event this year! Please help him jump around and make up for lost time. After the event he will become a normal GCA Moveable Cache :D
If you find him, take him with you and log a "FOUND" Entry.
Then find him a new home and take the co-ordinates there and come back to log a "MOVED" entry.
Please try NOT to hide him next to existing GC.com caches so he doesnt get stolen by mistake!

Thanks for the cached.
Thanks for the moveable.
But today, while feeling a lot better, and still phoneless, came back with a hand drawn map to track down this cache.
Lo and behold, it worked!
Collected this and another moveable. Found a santa as well. Not sure that was meant to be a moveable though!
Nice to see these ones still moving around.
TFTC !!
Sero is now staked out in beautiful (but very chilly) Clwydd!
Thanks again for the hide, Zal.
Great to find Sero again . . . not far from my caches in the Mt. Hay area!
Thanks to the pale fungus for the transportation!
Will move the little green guy along promptly.
He must have been freezing here . . . but no doubt it's going to be very cold where he's heading next . . .
Off to a familiar location . . .
Bye, bye Sero . . .
Didn't expect to see this froggie again!
Thanks to rogerw3 for the transport!
Don't bother looking this one is gone already.
Will be moved to a new abode very soon to see an old friend.
found with SDL and Albida interesting location
Our plan this time was not a mass round up, but that doesn't mean future trips wont include a complete clean out. Time, and re-enforcements, will dictate future retrieval missions.
Thanks for this one.....
The tenth of twelve movables found on a wet, wet day at Mt Piddington today.
A nice simple find beside the track.
TFTC.
However with Gnomes in charge this may turn into a dictatorship, it remains to see if emmigration is greater than immigration.
Great to find Sero again, and so close to home.
Thanks, rogerw3, for moving all our moveables around the mountains.
It's been a while since this guy was found and moved, so we've taken him away and he'll be out very shortly for some new adventures.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks Zalgariath for this cache in the race.

Geodaughter spotted this spikey frog asleep and hiding behind a bush. Strangely, the log container is not as pictured, now being a 35mm film canister. The log is completely saturated, coming apart at the seams and unsignable, but since I have him at home, I'll let it dry out and see if it's fit to put back in the container. If not, I'll find a replacement for the current log.
Thanks Zalgariath.
Surprisingly, the log sheet is quite damp but it can still be written on.
TNLNSL. Thanks Zalgariath.
