Description
Found this little one in Dad's garden.
He seems to have had a hard life for a frognome. Please look after him on his little adventure.
Hoppy was part of the Leapfrog Cache Race but he is now ready to come home. His pad is in Launceston.
He would like to be placed in the letter box or on the door step of the following coords:
S41 28.067 E147 06.974
This is Dad's Place, he is a non cacher, he knows about it, but Hoppy returning will be a suprise!

Thanks so much Nutwood. Will Disable hi till I get confirmation that he is home. It sounds about right though.
Re-located Hoppy as per instructions. GPS put me on the kerb outside #51, so Hoppy was duly put into the neat wooden letterbox.
Hopefully this is the correct address. It's not out of the question that, given accumulative GPS error, the correct address is across the road.
Had a chuckle as I drove back into town. Here I am, collecting a three legged frog from under a bush in town, driving it across town to a new location and depositing it in a stranger's letterbox. This is not sane behaviour. Excellent, should be more of it!!

Collected Hoppy this morning. Another frog we didn't meet during the race.
Definitely a frog with character. It was quite nice to peep under the bush and see him peeping back.

We've carried this little fellow all around Launceston but kept forgetting to drop him off. He's now near the centre of town hiding in some greenery.
We have come to visit Launceston for a couple of days and visited this frog on our stroll around town. We will be sure to drop it off somewhere else not too far away before heading back to Hobart.
didn't quite get him home, but he's much closer. Under the hedge at the start of the tranquil garden facing the monkey enclosure
I have found this guy and will move him on when I'm in Launceston this weekend
Who has Hoppy? If you hide him in town I will be going north at Easter and could help him to get home.
Found poor old Hoppy on my window sill. At least he still has a smile on his face..
Found myself with energy after work so went for a quick stroll to collect some frogs. Thanks for this
I came looking for a frog that I hadn't found yet, and ended up carrying out the lot. I'll return the container this weekend.
Now that the race is over Hoppy would like to head back to Launceston, preferably back to Dad's front yard! Cheers
At the frog party......JAB's would probably like his frog carrying conatiner back at some stage too
Found this frog and many others during a frog raid encompassing The Domain, Howrah, South Hobart and Mount Stuart.
In all, 47 frogs and a gnome were recovered and they will be placed out in the bush tomorrow. Maybe we'll take them to Cockle Creek, NO. Strathgordon or the old Hilton Hotel at Adamsfield! YES. They are good places.

Come with a shopping bag, come with a trolley as there is an army of frogs to be had in this area. Bring the dog, bring the kids and have fun searching.
Quick find but sitting out exposed watching the muggles

Make sure you take a seat in the corner before your start looking for this frog, especially if there's a crowd around.
We *were* looking in the right spot the other day, but I wasn't expecting to find Hoppy hidden quite as well as that!! Today it was 11-year old son who managed to locate this frog, and then worked to extricate him from the wiring - and managed to avoid electrocution thank Moffat!
No worries, these things happen. Maybe I was in the wrong lane, or being completely blind, or maybe someone else grabbed it and forgot to log. Anyway, I might get a chance for another look at some stage soonish.
Its not on private property !Is in an power box and I checked with the person who lives here.. It very easy and I hope someone finds him! I dont know if I am going to get in trouble with this but who knows? Maybe I should re hide it? Really sorry that you could not find it gorbak!
Felt a bit uncomfortable about searching in what was pretty clearly private property, but the hint was pretty specific. I'm guessing / hoping someone else got here first?!?
Hoppy has jump out of the leaves into the streets..
Hopefully Someone finds him!

After a small ride up the hill, I found a small frog in dark leaves! Great find and too easy! I will hide him ASAP!

I found him. I am going to launceston today and can get him moving
Hoppy has decided to jump off into the bushes and can be found away from the creek between the last two bushes - see gallery picture
Had been out for lunch and Tim Tam said I had all these frogs at Mt Nelson and I didn't so off we went to find some frogs. Gathered them up from around the park and then down to South Hobart to hide them...
Went looking for four frogs and found none, but seemed a nice frog friendly area to leave a frog.
With such a big group of frogs, the mjority i had not seen before I had to collect them
Anyway here is my log signature
Da -Glumpf went the little Green frog one day

They don't go glumpf glumpf glumpf

Moved to the Domain under bark behind a rock between two dead trees.
Hi Guiripper & DGT
Had collected my new Garmin Oregon today and was dieing to try it out.
Arrived at Mum and Dad's after belated Christmas shopping, had tea and looked at the Frog list - six availanle nearby. Loaded them into the new GPS and off to find them.
The rain was starting to tumble down but that was not a deterent under the circumstances.
MakkyBrown had hidden this one near a tree and arriving at GZ, a short search and the frog was found at 2005hrs.
Had a great hunt and a good find on this cache for my fourth with the new geocaching hardware.
Cheers OldSaint.

This frog should almost be an old blokes drive-by....
It is nice to know that passing "motorists" will help you find caches and frogs when you seem to be doing the GPS shuffle.
The yell out the window of "ITS ON THIS SIDE" was enough to shift the search and I found the frog very quickly. Hoppy is going to visit the other frogs partying up the New Year at the motel room in Launceston.

With a helpful hint from a passing "motorist" this frog was quickly in hand. Who was that motorist???
Left Hoppy with Toad in the Hole waiting for their next ride
Went to drop off Another frog and found the hidey hole already occupied! Didn't realise Hoppy started with only three legs so spent a minute looking around for his missing limb! Swapped frogs and will move Hoppy on soon.

Hoppy has hopped. He's waiting for the next team to come along and introduce themselves.
Hoppy the three legged frog was resting peacefully behind his teatree log but we knew where to find him! We'll find him another spot tomorrow.
Found Frogmore and left Hoppy behind in his place.
Found this one snug in a tree. He looked quite happy despite all his scars and missing limb. Thanks.

Hoppy was very restless and was itching to get back on the road. He wanted somewhere high with a nice view. That want satisfied he is now out waiting for another geolift.
Picked up on an early morning raid from the North West. Hoppy was eager to grab a lift. He is enjoying life of the road and will be back out soon
I think Hoppy will like it here
Park at the north gate and walk down
