Description

The race is over now - so Brian would like assistance to return to Devonport or Exeter so he can be collected. Thanks for the adventures guys!

Brian will be back as a Travel Bug - so till you meet again.....

Brian is a very smart frog.

In fact, some people say he's all brain.

Brian is very small - so be carefull where you hide him - and give a hint for the next person. It'd be a shame to lose that much brainpower.

Brian wants to stay in Tasmania - so he can return home to Devonport and become a Travel Bug when the race is over.

Sign your name as you move him on.

As Brian says, "It's not easy being half green".

Found this frog and many others during a frog raid encompassing The Domain, Howrah, South Hobart and Mount Stuart.
In all, 47 frogs and a gnome were recovered and they will be placed out in the bush tomorrow. Maybe we'll take them to Cockle Creek, NO. Strathgordon or the old Hilton Hotel at Adamsfield! YES. They are good places.

Found this frog far from where it was placed. It (apparently) hopped into a bag and was put into the NTrailTB and transported to Launceston where it has been partying and seeing in the New Year in comfort at a swank motel room. These partying frogs were given a choice of wine or beer or mixed spirits.....
Once they recover, we will put them back out.

As soon as I looked at the map I knew where this frog was and since it is a frog I haven't seen before I was eager to track it down on my 1am frog raid. Very handy when the hint says Blackwood tree and there is only one blackwood tree in sight, narrows the search field down greatly.

Brian really is a brain and his company was no strain. But moving on he has much to gain. So near a gum tree he chose to remain. Ribbit

Found on an after expedition to find a few frogs. Two in tools a street, one near jabs house and a couple hidden by white webs in Howrah. Surprisingly I came home with 8 as jabs had few there as I called through to collect esconde from his letterbox. So a good night by all accounts!!!!

A no-brainer to find! I stumbled out of the car and found the hint before I even started concentrating upon the co-ordinates. A fun find.

Brian the Brain-frog decided that he wished to hide in y's Hoppa's cosy hidey-hole. So that's where I left him, still plotting ways to take over the frog world...

12-Dec-11
Wow, what a freakish looking thing! I inconsiderately interrupted Brian from his contemplation of the life of a tree. So, what are we going to do tomorrow night, Brian? The same thing we do every night, Hookline. Try to take over the frogs!!

Brian the Brain-Frog decided that he needed company for a while. He's hiding in a quiet park in Burnie within waving distance of Trust a Frog and Believe a Frog Too.

10-Dec-11
Well Brian the Brain-Frog is kind of cute, in an ugly sort of way! We'll have to put our minds to finding a suitable spot for him.

Found Brian outside the library. Suspect he got kicked out for making too much noise...

What a know all. It was virtually impossible to shut him up. So we gave him a couple of third order differential equations to solve and left him at a knowledge bank. The last we heard was Brian muttering that there was an error in the problem and "that couldn't be right". There were no errors in the problem, just gaps in Brian's knowledge. That should keep him relatively quiet for a while and give other people's ears a rest.

07-Dec-11
Picked up on an early morning raid from the North West. We could hear Brian talking the moment we got out of the car - no audience in sight. He was soon lecturing the others about the pros and cons of travelling. If he complains about the brainpower or lack of of his travelling companions again they may be tempted to throw him out. We will have to move him on quickly.

You've no idea CraigRat. This frog was hidden by the smaller half of nutwood and she had it positioned down inside a crack in that stump, that even if you'd located it, you'd have needed implements (or a child) to extract it. I remonstrated with her, although I've lost some status after a certain frog this morning Embarassed , and she agreed to the more kind location. : Very Happy

Nice easy grab on familiar soil.

Nutwood must have felt sorry for me!

Brian needed to go he went on and on about how smart he was that the less knowledgeable frogs in the frog-mobile kicked him out.

03-Dec-11
After a great day hunting and gathering and hiding and finding frogs we were about to head back to the geovan when four new frogs were published. Will we or won't we we thought well obviously we did and FTF's were made. Found at 7.35pm. Surely someone has found this one - no still sitting in the palm tree, I grab him from his hiding place and it is not till I return to the car that I inspect Brian the Brain-Frog. Shocked yes the name says it all. Another top cache thanks Jawapro Clapping

03-Dec-11
Brian is late for the race because he's been busy at the library. He's studied history, logic, physics, and the adventures of Luke Skywalker.

Now that he's full of book knowledge he's ready to head out and begin his adventures in real life.

You'll find him hiding among the palm trees outside the Library.
