Description
Part of the moveable cache race 2011/12: Leapfrog.
This moveable frog is part of the moveable cache race for 2011/2012: Leapfrog.
Frobert the Friendly Frog.
Frobert the Friendly Frog is the male half of the froggy pair. The other half is Frobbin the Flawless frog. They are both seperate caches however they will be sent off into the world at the same spot at the same time. Their ultimate goal is to reunite at the end of the race, back in Bayside (anywhere will do). Frobert is a small frog with a bison tube in the back of him. He has a keyring in him and I recommend using it to hide him. His female partner has some...... female parts to her: including a magnet. She also has a keyring, that you can use as well. But Frobert only has a keyring unfortunately. I recommend hanging him on a tree branch vertically or something like that. Make sure he blends in though!
Good Luck little Froggy! I hope you get reunited with your little soul mate!
And a little poem for you :-)
Leap frog, Jump frog, Everywhere you go frog, Smile frog, Croak frog, Everywhere you go frog, stomp, stomp, stomp SQUASH! ! ! Bye, bye frog. |
Logs
With the current May-tenance month underway to clean up our database, this one should probably be archived
This one and his friends have been handed over to a local cacher as some of them are unique and can not be just left in the bush. About time I found a spot to hide this one and I decided that I had better get a move on and as I had three to hide closer to civilisation for the 2013/2014 moveable Cache race today was the day.
Found very close to home with the assistance of some very friendly ACT cachers. Do not get to find too many of this type of cache as not that many are hidden or come to my part of Queensland. Thanks for the novel cache (moveable. ) Signed log YOF as this is what I use on small logs instead of youngoldfella. Will Move this one on soon.
A quick grab in some beautiful but chilly countryside today.
Thanks for the cache.
However with Gnomes in charge this may turn into a dictatorship, it remains to see if emmigration is greater than immigration.
Great to find Frobert again!
Thanks to the CO and everyone who moved him up here to the mountains, including Tronador . . .
Left it in place for others to move . . .
Found Frobert in the friendly company of Team Canary!
Will re-locate him up towards Clwydd . . .
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache lemmykc.

Nobody seems to log GCA movable caches in Geelong so let’s move you on to 'greener pastures'.

Bonus he was here with friends.
TFTF
The frog population has become a little low on the western side of Melbourne so let's restock it a little with the seven we picked up today.

Happy Travels Frobert!!
Unfortunately we weren't successful on the Peachee front despite visiting 4 IGA's!
We had lots of fun at Stace V's Sprinkler Dance Cache on the way home tho as MMelb wasnt with us when we did that one.
Happy travels Frobert!
He was heavily camouflaged up the tree, well away from the main trunk where I did most of my searching. I couldn't see him until I climbed the tree and parted the leaves.
Anyway, he is now in my possession and about to be moved on.
Amusingly, when I extracted the log (bison tube) from the wound in his back, he gave quite a yelp.
