Description
If you have ever seen the American Pie movies then you will know where Pede got his name from!
Pede is BIG, BRIGHT & BOLD and is on the run from the Band Camp musos - he doesn't want to spend another summer blowing his own trumpet.
Pede is part of the Leap Frog 2011 cache race that runs from 1st December, 2011 to 31st January, 2012.
Please move him fast and far - feel free to post some pics of his summer time antics.

Logs
Spent a good twenty minutes here, with no luck. There are only a limited number of spots and this is a very busy location. I beleive it is gone!
Pede is now resting at the truck stop near Mooney Mooney on the F3
This little fella scampered off and hid under some bushes.
He is now resting at base of a white gum tree under bark
When I came in today and went to get the barbeque ready for a breakfast cook-up, I discovered this frog waiting there. I thought he was there as an assistant but it turns out he just wanted a feeed!

Pede stopped off here for a quick barbeque breakfast this morning
Pede heard I was going to the supermarket on the way home and came along in case they were giving away free Tim Tam samples

'Pede' has also elected to join his Mates in Bicentennial Park, he was feeling a bit peckish, although unusually for a frog Tim Tam seem to be his preferred sustenance.
Got him this time! mind you 'Pede the frog' will only be in Lithgow for a short overnight stay and be on his way by tomorrow.

Pede is now in Lithgow.
Hope he'll enjoy it there.
No doubt he'll travel back to Sydney eventually.

Found Pede at the Fourth Annual Hills Geocaching Event at Rouse Hill!
Always great to meet a new Leap Frog. And he's a nice one . . .
Think I'll transport him out to Lithgow to pick up a few extra kilometres.

Moving to the event with my human buddy and one gnome, who has become my mate. Hopefully someone will take both of us.
I won't be there until the 14th at 10am.

Grr! Too late yet again!
Did not find this one, it had been gnapped already, strange place to leave a Frog with no cover that I could see.

Oh cool another new frog. Can't believe he hasn't been muggled, sitting so still out in the open.

Who was that masked frog napper? Got him again - perhaps a move north soon.

Delivered to our door this evening - Lovely surprise!

The tree cover made for a rough find, but the colour helped me find and take it.

The bright colours provide a challenge for hiding in an urban area!
Found on the way home from the Event today with mr_roo

After being at the sailing club all day I was on my way home with jusojara. We stopped and went to grab these frogs my gps had me over 20 meters away from when jusojara found them. I think it was the overhead wires will move soon

Nabbed after a little help from the previous finder/placer as he fell back into the hole and I couldn't reach him.
Oh this one a a real beauty!!
So pretty!
I put a small rubber band around the logbook to get it out easier.
Taking this beauty to Canberra on Tuesday!

Enjoyed a few days safe from Tiger Snakes, and enjoyed a long hop from Melbourne to Adelaide, to play with the locals.
Enjoying listening to his neighbours the cockatoos in the trees close-by.
Adding a photo from his trip over.
Happy Travels.
Cheers

Picked up. Unfortunately I've finished band for the year as I'm in Melbourne and not Adelaide, for our last job of the year - Carol's in the Park, otherwise I'd taken him along to practice and a gig.
He'll have to make do with a trip to wander around Adelaide.
Will release on Friday.
Was going to replace with another frog, but decided to go for a short walk in the wetlands.
Scared myself silly when a yellow snake crossed my path - no way was I going to leave a frog under a bush in the this area
Cheers

Pede headed for the swamp but stopped to watch for other frogs in the area.
Dangerous spot for a frog and for cyclists! Will move this bright fella to another locale.
Pede is unsure about this locale.
Please move him on!!

Easy find in his hide today.

With 15 frogs to drop off somewhere tonight, where should I go. None of this "easy-peasy" lots of frogs at the same coordinates stuff. So, I headed out to the logical place for Dropping Frogs Off (DFO). Good luck, this might take a few hours to round them all up! Check out the detailed hint.
Grabbed from KoT's favourite cache-box. Will move it on tomorrow.

So many frogs, so little time. This froggie is hiding out in the usual place for a quick pick up (I hope).
I found this frog with caughtatwork and big sister J today. It was fun to find this one.
Quick find after a tip-off for a three-in-one froggie bonanza. Will be moving down to Melbourne.
He is now by the water with 2 of his friends...catching flies.
Found him with his friends...a fantastic looking frog cache.
