Description
One of our entries in 'Leap Frog', the frog-themed '11/'12 moving cache race.
This forecasting frog is surveying the Aussie climate with his toadstool thermometer. He needs your help to get from place to place and read the temperature. Please pick him up, record the temperature in your online log, and move him on.
THIS IS A MOVEABLE CACHE - pick it up, take it with you, and hide it somewhere else within two days. Be sure to record accurate coordinates at the new location and log that new location!!! Feel free to enter a hint as well if your hide is a little tricky.
This frog began its journey in Mawson Lakes, SA and is free to roam anywhere in Australia.
Logs
This geocache appears to be MIA so stop it clogging of the search lists we'll archive this one. If the owner can confirm it is in place the listing can be resurrected by placing an "unarchived" log against it.
In the hands of a local cacher now for 3.5 years.....probalby long enough to wait for it be to be relocated.
With the current May-tenance month underway to clean up our database, this one should probably be archived

NO LONGER AT THESE CO ORDINATES BUT IN THE HAND OF A LOCAL CACHER.
This one and his friends have been handed over to a local cacher as some of them are unique and can not be just left in the bush. About time I found a spot to hide this one and I decided that I had better get a move on and as I had three to hide closer to civilisation for the 2013/2014 moveable Cache race today was the day.

Will Move this one on soon.
Found very close to home with the assistance of some very friendly ACT cachers. Do not get to find too many of this type of cache as not that many are hidden or come to my part of Queensland. Thanks for the novel cache (moveable. ) Signed log YOF as this is what I use on small logs instead of youngoldfella. Will Move this one on soon.

Now on the ACT/NSW border. I am in hiding with 6 other trackables in a plastic bag in a hole under some leaf and branch litter. baby&Mrs gopher have used this location to place trackables before.
Off to the ACT/NSW boarder early in the morning as no-one seems to want to pick us up from here.
Now in residence at The Rock in GA4962 Cache Movers Home under the big toadstool. Will move on towards Canberra soon.
Passed on from Team Ladava at Yarrawonga to baby&Mrs gopher at 1900 to move a little further North.
Before heading back for the post-procedure pick-up, I found this one at 11:25 enjoying the company of a few other moveables.
After signing the log, I left the at the same location to continue monitoring the weather for his other mates.
TNLNSL. Thanks ma77hew & Kay.

We ducked over to Tonny to find a couple of GC caches and Froggy Weather hopped out along the way.
He's hiding in a very obvious place waiting to hitch a ride somewhere else.

This frog was just sitting and enjoying the sunchine when another frog hopped and in and kicked this one out.
He's now hiding in my car and hoping to find a new home in the next few hours.

Belated logging of one of the many frogs that had invaded Albury for the Oz Mega event - they all seemed to be having a fantastic time together, catching up on the froggy news and sharing the many stories of their adventures over the last few months.

Spotted cute froggy weather MCR at Whitepaws9's car - on the way to Mega...

Dropped off at Old Mt Barker Cemetery.
Retreived Froggy Weather MCR from his 'pad' at McLaren Vale. The gauge was reading 38C but I'm sure it was a mere 36C. Close to croaking it in well-beyond frog-friendly ambience, Froggy definitely appreciated the 10C temp drop as we hopped off to a new spot in the Adelaide Hills.
Finally got over Christmas and had time to drop this one off.
could not record tepm as thermometer fell of as we were brushing the dirt off him we will get him reapaired tomoro

Phew Found the lid.
Just a short hop to a nearby waterway by the Adelaide Airport.
Was showing 24 degrees when I left him in the shade of a big tree, not far from water.
Happy travels.

Aarrgghh.
Was going to drop him off, but discovered his lid had dropped off.
Will hunt around to see if I can find it; otherwise I'll have to use tape and a slightly larger lid to hold the log in.

Still being stalked by Frogs.
Had a look at "Where are they all now", to see one very close-by. Told Sandy I was out to grab a frog and she replied "Yep - I saw it being placed".
I wonder if the police squad is contemplating a raid
"Honestly Sir, I'm only moving them, not licking them".
Will move soon. If he'd come a few days later he could've hopped with me to Melbourne.

Down south watching some more trains on another warm sunny morning.
Caught the train up from town for a quick pickup (thanks to the great hint) and then back on the platform in time to catch the train back to Adelaide. Fine weather today! Thanks for the Frog!

This froggie decided to do a bit of train spotting.
Hint: Hop in to the open bit of bush near the corner of the car park and look behind a tree with a double trunk.
