Rules (not guidelines)
- Your cache must be a genuine, bone fide frog.
- Your frog may be store bought or hand crafted.
- Caches for the competition must be published on 1 December 2011 Australian Eastern Time (GCA Time)
Geocaching Australia has the facility to automatically publish your cache on 1 December 2011
Please refer to the Geocaching Australia wiki for more information - You are welcome to join the game after it has started provided you list the hidden date and published date as 1 December 2011 and add the word leapfrog to your cache tags
The later you enter your frog the less time there is to get it moving, so you are encouraged to enter the game at the commencement - You are required to add the word leapfrog to the tags on your entry at Geocaching Australia
You can add the word leapfrog to your tags by visiting your cache page and clicking on Tag in the Actions section in the right hand navigation section of your cache page - The game commences at 00:00:00 1 December 2011 AEDST and concludes 23:59:59 31 January 2012 AEDST
- The game administrators decision is final
- You can not find and move your own cache during the game period
- Caches must be found and hidden by the same cacher (i.e. no mailing the cache to another cacher to hide)
- There is no limit to the number of times other cachers can find / move the cache provided there are at least two other finds / moves in between
- If a cacher moves your cache overseas and it remains unfound overseas for 1 week or more, the same cacher may move your cache (within the country or to another country) without breaking the "2 moves" rule
- There is no limit to the distance other cachers can move the cache
- Other cachers in the game may find / move your cache, but they must move it on within 2 days

Logs
Periodically the Geocaching Australia review team checks moveable caches that haven’t been found or moved in over 90 days.
This moveable fits that brief, however reading previous logs it seems to still be at the posted co-ords and is just sitting there waiting for the next finder to give it a go.
So, if you’re in area why not stop by and help it on its way.

We are staying in Esk for the long weekend and, after a swim and a paddle at the day use area, we decided to see if these caches were still around. I wasn't hopeful so imagine my surprise when I walked up to the ant hill and found a pile of caches beside it.

While away for a few days over Christmas, took this fella and 3 of his friends to Wivenhoe Dsm. They are overlooking the water.
Went for a little drive and found some interesting caches wanting to be moved further into civilization. Will take this fella and his friends on a road trip in a couple of days
About time I found a spot to hide this one and I decided that I had better get a move on and as I had three to hide closer to civilisation for the 2013/2014 moveable Cache race today was the day. This one is roadside right on the forest boundary.
THIS ONE IS NO LONGER AT THE LISTED CO ORDINATES.
I received a help request to locate this one and to see if I could find it. Where I live is in the country and there are no active GCA Cachers within Cooee. I will add this one to the little pile I have accumulated and will take them all to Brisbane (at least a 2.5hour drive for me) in the next two to three weeks to relocate the lot of them. TFTC

A quick grab in some beautiful but chilly countryside today.
Thanks for the cache.

With Black Bunny in the mountains, rounding up gnaughty gnomes. It was very windy and consequently fairly cool, but fun!

Found on a forage within the Gnomelands ... fearful of retribution from the Disenchanted Gnomes, taken in hand only for a photo op. Bill was content in his grasslands, though a tad exposed.

Bill has joined with a group of disenchanted Gnomes in the occupation of this tract of land, the aim being to secede from Australia and create their own independent country.
However with Gnomes in charge this may turn into a dictatorship, it remains to see if emmigration is greater than immigration.

Bill has always been a favorite of mine but he has joined a mass exodus of moveables led by renegade Gnomes, who knows what they plan to do? They are all in hiding for now while hatching their nefarious plans. No point looking for any of them they are nowhere to be found until they are ready to reveal their ultimate goal.

Picked this one up at the christmas event & brought him home with me. I'll see if I can fix him up by reattaching the log container before I put him back out for finding.
Having found this one at the spring in the Bluies event, we moved it closer to home with a view of one of our caches, a little further up the mountain.( It is on private property, but don't be afraid to look for it- it's just inside our front yard near a GC cache)
Met this cache at the Spring caching in the Blues - 2012 Edition Event Cache. It was great to get to talk to other cachers and see an interesting assortment of movables. TFTC.

I've seen this fellow before, but don't think I've ever logged him. Today we were at the Webby's Spring Event in Glenbrook and were encouraged to give him a new home. I think we have just the place.
Well, well, well. Bill is back!
A nice surprise to see him again, attending the 'Spring Geocaching in the Bluies' event in Blaxland.
You've done a lot of travelling, Bill.
(Left him on the table for others to sign and move along.)

Spotted at the GCNSW AGM Event. Left him sitting in the sun.
Ahh, finally Bill is found. I saw where TC had left him and once I got to GZ, looked inthe tall grass and found a HUGE Bill. Didn't realised he was THIS big. Now where to put him

Pulled up and looked for Bill late at night, and found GZ to be VERY close to private property, but couldn't find him. Maybe he was sleeping.....

'Bill' is on the move, he wanted to go back to visit an old friend; so what else could I do but take him there and hope he will be found and sheltered soon, before the next downpour anyway!
He will be very hungry by then, so get the food ready for him.

Spotted at the Blackheath frog party - where frogs far outnumbered the humans. TFT
We had both Bill the Leap Frog and Billy the Gnome at our Blue Mountains gathering at a Blackheath picnic area.
A great day!
Signed Bill and left him on the table for others to move along.

Nice find today among all the Frogs, Gnomes and others over 70 participants as well as the odd human, some of them very odd indeed!
Many Frogs and Gnomes went to Canberra and who knows where from there, and many stayed to be relocated around the Sydney area very soon.

521.It was like a froggy round up this afternoon. I had grabbed one yesterday then at work I was given another 2 and then while swinging past on my way to drop those off Bill appeared. Bill is lovely and here's hopping (groan) that he has a long life in the wild.
Dropped to SDL.

Down and in the hands of another. (Ha Ha)
Found and grabbed! What a magnificent fellow. I know what to do, hand it off to another cacher and make it his problem!
I found this guy a few meters from the listed spot, but this guy must have a hard time hiding anywhere. I left him as I have no idea where to move him to. Thanks.

Poor old Bill needs a little bit of extra space to hide out than the average frog.

What a bonanza, met Black Bunny this morning and he was kind enough to share the frogs he'd collected over the weekend. It doesnt get much easier than this! And this is one of the larger examples I've seen - I'm glad I'm not trying to get Bill home on my bike!
Thanks for the froggy fun!

Finally managed to drop Bill off in the usual spot. Not many places that you could hide him but this will do.
Picked up a gnome who was in the spot and also while looking for bark to cover up Bill I found Brains at the base of a nearby tree.

This was one of many frogs (as well as a few gnomes) that came along to boot Zalgariath back to Europe at ZEAMMAFF. Things were really hopping as more and more frogs arrived during the afternoon, by the time the event had finished, about 55 movables had hopped onto the table. Of course, with that many frogs hopping around in one place, something was bound to happen, and one poor gnome was bumped to the ground, requiring a trip to gnome hospital and a serious stay there, but the less said about that the better.
Found at the ZEAMMAFF Event. Gotta love all these frogs! This one is a monster and is the only one I took home.
Bill is hopping over the Frog Fest in Bicentennial Park tomorrow to meet his fellow entrants.
He will be keeping a list of the comings and goings to make sure no one gets lost

WOW! Glad he wasnt friends with "Heave Ho" or this could have been Nasty hehe
One of the best frogs Ive seen as most have been a bit small for my liking... no worries here!
Bill woke me up with Croaks on my back porch early New Years day... real early. Like 4am early.
This was good as at 5am we were heading out to tackle the BMPT and 6 hours later we had finished all 60 thanks to his help!
