Description
A micro moveable cache
Anura (from the latin "without tail")is about 3 inches tall and contains a log. He was an entrant in the Leap Frog race but is now free to wander around. If he starts to show any interest in league then it is time for him to come back to Victoria.
Please log (tick) that you have picked him up as soon as you can and then log again (arrow) when you have rehidden him.
You are welcome to discover him at events without moving him on.
Many thanks to all the cachers who kept him moving throughout the race.
Logs
By the looks of the posted coords, it has probably been landscaped more than once since Anura was dropped here. I expect it has ascended to a higher plane.
Moved on to be picked up with some bingo transportables.
Found today with a couple of bingo transportables. Moved this happy frog on with the others

Picked up today with some others - will move on soon. TFTC

We have located Anura by chance. Picked him up thinking he was something else - he was actually at the airport where previous finders didn't think they had placed him! Passed to McPhan tonight, who will place him and get him back into circulation.
We dropped this one off but can't remember where (really embarrassing). I know we dropped a frog here, so hopefully it was this one. Changing coordinates as it is not at the airport anymore.
Found whilst playing bingo would you believe! Couldn't leave him here all alone so will relocate and find some froggy company.
A cache nearby I havent found. Had to grab and know where this one is going home of the nrl in Canberra. Yes thats my game, better then that aerial ping pong. Will move soon.
Evil laugh from mr_roo

I was heading up the hill today with mr_roo and noticed this little fella was right on our path so I rescued him for a trip to the northern suburbs. Oh and league, no fear here - Go CATS! TFTF

After traveling all the way back to Canberra we needed to find a suitable new home for this Froggy. We were heading out to go for a bush walk and grab caches on our list. We decided to take this little one with us so that we could release him into the wild. It was a lovely day for a walk and we had already hidden a gnome and it wasn't long before we found a home for this little guy. He is now ready to be found. Thanks for the frog.
The OZ Mega Event was amazing and we ended up spending a long time at the trackable table recording all the TB codes down and it was great to have lots of movable GA caches getting in on the action. We were lucky enough to take some with us back to Canberra. This one is now in our possession. Thanks to everyone for bring all TBs etc to Albury. All the frogs enjoyed catching up with each other.

Belated logging of one of the many frogs that had invaded Albury for the Oz Mega event - they all seemed to be having a fantastic time together, catching up on the froggy news and sharing the many stories of their adventures over the last few months.

If any of the next finders are heading to the mega - would love to see Anura join the party.
Time to move on some frogs. Please make sure you pull off safely to get this one.
I had thought of popping out to Mt Ainslie to pick up these frogs myself, but Sol de Lune kindly moved them all together to a place much more suitable for me to grab them from.
GCA 509 - 4947. Another Frog found hiding in Canberra in an area with lots of other frogs! Safe out of the wet weather ! Left him where he is with his friends - see Photo !

Change of plans, no visit to the coast this weekend. This frog gets the "pleasure" of my children for company instead!

Nice find today among all the Frogs, Gnomes and others over 70 participants as well as the odd human, some of them very odd indeed!
many Frogs and Gnomes went to Canberra and who knows where from there, and many stayed to be relocated around the Sydney area very soon.

A great number of frogs, gnomes and other moveables gathered to swap tales of their life on the road.

What we ended up with was afternoon tea, bags and bags of frogs, and pleasant chats with some very nice cachers - as well as pjmpjm and RogerW3!
Please forgive me if I got it wrong, but I seem to remember pjmpjm, RogerW3, Toriaz and Taiko's family, all at the party. As well as a few young ladies and gentlemen running around and being generally helpful.
We now have many, many frogs to rehome, so the sooner we start the better!

Left on table for others to move, perhaps to Canberra.

'Anura' does not seem to be the worse for wear after the humongous party all the Frogs had, they were all very quiet as I bundled them into the back pack. Well there was no way I was going to pay for all those train tickets!

After a very enjoyable party, I sent all the frogs packing and they're waiting here for rogerw3 to arrange their next adventure

Moved to Leura, in the Blue Mountains.
Anura hopped up the road to Macdonalds to meet up with Team Canary
Anura was down in the park with all the boy frogs. It was a really busy place this evening! After a long serenade, I invited a few frogs home for some tea of big fat mozzie larva

Anura has headed down to the famous Parramatta River for a bit of a swim and a night of croaking with mates
This little guy wanted to move on quickly, I think it was getting too crowded with frogs at my place.
Found this guy having a party under some bark on the side of the road with 3 others. Thanks Yurt form bringing them back to the Hills!

No doubt transportation will be arranged back to Sydney in due course!

How'd you manage that, Anura?
Anyhow, I have a strong feeling that you need to get to Lithgow ASAP.
Let's start right now . . .

After a very exciting night of frog discussion, my frog guests had determined that they wanted to be taken on a complete tour of Bicentennial Park today becasue they'd heard that it was chock-a-block full of froggie food
It had been torential rain during the night and another big downpour was in progress as I prepared for the day's excursion (this is like an essay in primary school, isn't it? ) Well, to cut to the chase, it was agreed that they could each choose a spot to be dropped as we did the tour
Anura had been keen to see all the park before shoosing her spot and as we were near the end of the tour, she decided to stop off herre right near a lovely pond

I arrived at blossom*s place this morning, ready for a relaxing Sunday and a cup of tea. But as I came in the door, a huge din of froggie rabble rushed over, all clamouring to meet me and wanting to be shown the sights and taken to the best eating spots. Guess I'd better oblige
I can see why this nice little froggie made it into the Sydney suitcase after the audition. What a lovely appropriate size for an inter-state trip
After a number of PM negotiations and 21 text messages from lemmykc (only someone from the modern youth can text that fast!), I was crawling though the undergrowth at the gates to the Royal Botanical Gardens on a summer Saturday evening of the Sydney Festival. If anyone noticed lemmykc in there, I am sure they would have disregarded the sight as "kids getting up to who-know-what" but someone a little older (like me!) may not have been quite so easily ignored. "Some weird homeless lady" they probably thought
As I dived into the greenery, I heard a lot of rustling Goodness knows who else is in here, I thought and peered around in the 6pm gloom. Maybe rats? But it was very loud rustling Maybe a real homeless person? When I first explored this area for a good spot, there had been no sign of this sort of problem
But after a few frightened minutes, a "tip bird" revealed itself (ibis)and I settled in to gather up the frogs. This took a heap longer than I expected to be in the bushes and it also turned out that the 2 big shopping bags I had brought were not enough and they were overflowing with bits of frogs hanging out the top everywhere!
I had to sit on the grass next to the gardens and repack everything which must have been a very strange sight But the long and the short of it is that no security staff stopped me and this neat little frog came home with me on the train

gmj3191 was very kind and he decided to go pick up around 10 frogs so I can take them to Sydney So he then dropped them into my backyard (almost literally!). And now this froggie gets to go on a trip to Sydney!!!

Moved to an audition queue, to see if he'll get taken to Sydney by lemmykc. Don't bother looking here, as lemmykc will grab him in a flash.
