Welcome To Dandenong
Welcome to a wonderful wetland area, complete with walking tracks, BBQ's and Playground equipment.
In my short time of Caching, I am surprised to learn that there are none situated in this immediate area, so on a walk around the area I decided to scope out an area to place my first cache.
It is a 2L sistema container camoflaged to fit in with the surroundings, please make sure to place it back where you found it so no muggles find it!!
The surrouding area is a lovely walking track and the Dandenong Creek runs right through here!!!
So bring along the family and make a day out of it, you may even want to bring some bread to feed the ducks at the pond!!!
Cache original contents will be a logbook, pen, and some small knicknacks.

The cache owner can, at any time, replace the container and reactivate the cache listing by placing an "unarchived" log against it.
Fortunately the owner was with us and confirmed the cache was not there =o(
Maybe another time in the daylight and firmer ground I would enjoy this reserve more!

Maybe look into placing it where we discussed this evening, I think it will last longer in that area!

Congratulations to megabogan for getting FTF!
When minibogan Midget Fashionista had an appointment made by the hospital to have her plaster on her broken leg removed on the 10th anniversary I took it as a sign.... Excuse for day off work - check.
Went off to the hospital expecting to spend at least half the day there. Finished up a little earlier than I thought. Get back to the car and cycle through the nearest caches. There's a GA cache nearby - another sign!!
Had to go looking. Two year old just out of plaster and stroller tucked under my arm and off we go!
Looked around a few metres away from where the GPSr was indicating GZ as I couldn't see anywhere to hide at GZ. Was starting to wonder how long since this had been placed when I turned around and it basically hit me in the face!
Interesting hide for this size of cache, lets hope it doesn't get muggled too easily.
