Description

This Cache is part of the Movable Cache Game

You are looking for a Cammoed 400ml Systma container.

This Cache as part of movable Cache game started on the 1 December 2009.

I have placed this cache near the water namely because i like being on/near the water thats why i would like this to stay near a body of water. but most of all i want this cache to move as far & wide as it can.

FOund another spot by the water a bit farther upstream. ITs now right by a bike track. There is quite a bit of tree cover so look for the reflective marker tape on the timber fence.

Quietly eating my breakfast when I spotted this on the table in front of me and couldn't resist the urge to sign it. Just co-incidental I guess, considering there were 700 other geocachers around.

The need to put some K's on this cache was a good incentive to make the round trip to the Tailem Bend/Murray Bridge area and do some caching. Hopefully this is close enough to Adelaide for someone to come and get it or someone travelling interstate might pick it up on the way through. Beautiful view of the water and ferry crossing from here!

Thanks to firesafe this is now in my hot little hands. Lovely accurate coordinates - was able to walk straight up to it. Have made some swaps. The big decision now is whether to place it again locally so someone else can have some fun or wait until the weekend and give it some distance to help the owner! Hmmm....

I've moved this one to Bendigo, right next to the only water in town - Lake Weeroona. It's hidden with another moveable cache, "Damo Loves Sari", so this find is a two-for-the-price-of-one! Pretty obvious hide, but check the hint if you need the details!

Considering hiding it in the middle of Bendigo somewhere. There's plenty of cachers around there to keep it moving. Sound OK?

Wow - wallyhunt is sure dedicated... that would have been a tough walk in the dark, and I am not surprised he couldn't find it. I had enough difficulty in daylight!

I am re-hiding this one again tomorrow (away from the suburbs), so stay tuned.

December 2009

31st
Found it
I felt like I was on a rescue mission this morning, heading out across the snake-infested grasslands, on a 2km-return walk, in the 30+ degree heat, to recover a moving cache that had been very well hidden by Robmc. It's been here for five days now, far too long for a racing cache! I couldn't help but feel that I walked past a number of Robmc's tricky puzzle GZ's on my way in here, maybe he was taunting me with this hide? Anyway, I eventually found the well-hidden cache (the hint was very helpful, thanks Robmc!). I might just hold onto this one for 48 hours so that I can place it a little farther afield this time. Stay tuned.

I had to do a bit of maintenance down near the foreshore, so I snitched this cache while I was there. I'm working tonight, so it will be a couple of days before I will rehide it. I'm thinking water.

Just to update my move. Seems I somehow stuffed up the waypoint average. (Hope this is not going to be a re-occurring issue.)
Its along the walking track near a wooden seat close to the shore in Williamstown.
See hint for more specific clue.

Alas, no water here.
A quickie location to park, find, retrieve and run away Smile
The actual location is easy peasy but watch out for traffic.
This should put some decent k's on the clock for the Victorian caches in the game.

Found and removed by caughtatwork.
There was someone parked within a few meters of this cache location, but the beauty of moving caches is that you can be as obvious as you like, then quickly run away before they call the police.
Well, that's exactly what I did here today.
I haven't time this afternoon to rehide, but they will be out and about tomorrow.
Depending on whether the child wants to go for a driving lesson, they may be close, they may be far, far away.
Thanks Rigger64 for this caching fun today.
