As the cache has not been found since 2013 I am disabling it for now.
In 2017 I will find a new place in South Australia to hide a replacement as a traditional cache.

I had a look but did not find it

20-May-16
Had a good look all around and under the platform but couldn't find the cache. Unfortunately with no hint we couldn't be sure just where the exact spot was. Hope it's not missing, with luck we just missed it.

Is there a tow truck nearby that can retrieve the Reel Hot Wheels and get it moving again.

Coming home from airport and dropped in for a look. I knew where the cache was because I had placed one under the same bridge and few years ago but had to move it because too many children found that cache. After a bit of a wander around I spotted the cache and grabbed it.

THis is a great park and there are lots of new apartments going up around it.

Found this Reel Hot Wheels movable cache today... seems it hasn't been moving 'reel' fast lately! Rolling Eyes Nice hide MonkeyMaker1 I loved the hint and laughed when I saw the umbrella as I approached GZ. Now where can we put it to get some miles??? We're driving our pastor out to the airport tomorrow ... maybe somewhere near the airport may get him flying! Dancing We'll see how my plan evolves. Laughing

Cool As Bob said I have replaced the cache with five new cars, log book and pen.
Thanks Bob From Elsewhere, hopefully this one keeps going.

29-Jun-13
The find elsewhere by MonkeyMaker1 was actually a very appreciated replacement with my permission.
If by chance the original cache is found I will change any future logs for that container to a cache I will then create Reel Hot Wheels Too.
At least Reel Hot Wheels is moving again.

Went looking for this today since its theme fits in perfectly with this year's moveable cache race but couldn't find it.

Have been in contact with Bristracker in the hope she has a few clues of where she hid it, although since its almost been twelve months since it was rehidden, it might be gone.

Will have another look when Bristracker gets back to me.

I remember this was the first moveable I found and rehid, so its a pity if it has gone to whereever muggled caches go.

Sorry to be late logging this one, I took it with me on a visit to the Nerang State Forest. Fortunately Radnoski got the other two moveables and he was not eligible to get this one anyway, having been the last cacher to move it.
I've taken the vehicle Radnoski left (I collect Matchbox work vehicles) and traded up from some small used cars inside and added 2 brand new Hot Wheels vehicles, so somebody should find a surprise in there. Still fun after all these months. Laughing

Out to find the nearby Aussie Liahona GC and walked back to my car before remembering this one was nearby. I met this cache aaaages ago but good to see it's still bouncing around. Last time I didn't have a Hot Wheels to add but this time I do. So I'll park the new vehicle inside and move the cache this weekend. Bob out there in Elsewhere must be chuffed to see his creation is still burning up the blacktop.

I was out caching in the rain getting FTF's on two new caches after work (can you believe it?) and decided to drop this cache off.

I have added a Matchbox Mitsubishi Lancer to the collection. Similar to the Geomobile but my car is not blue and is not a police car.

It is near GC38VJZ "Emerald Wetlands - Section 2, #2".

TFTMC. Cheers!!

I finally worked out how to load the GCA GPX file into my Android phone (Using both C:Geo and NeonGeo) and up popped this cache as a waypoint.

That's new I though and it's close. I checked it out and found that it was a moving cache near the start of the GCPT (Gold Coast Power Trail) that has been waiting for a few weeks.

Thanks for the moving cache. Cheers.

I will find it a new home soon. Maybe it can visit the Chrissy party on the weekend up is Brissy.

Found quite easily today. Coords were quite a bit off, but the hint was precise. This spot probably deserves a permanent cache, so stay tuned Wink
It's been up in the Toowoomba district for quite a while now, and I'm heading off to the big smoke tomorrow, so will relocate it to somewhere down there.

I have moved this one up the range to a place near Toowoomba. The cache is now hidden at Geham Well. Geham Well can be found Driving North of Toowoomba towards Crows Nest. Just past Carbalah but before Geham State School, on the western side of the road. Geham Well was dug by Mike Moore and Frank Kranz in 1882 to a depth of 33meters. at a cost of 23 shillings and 6 pence. The water was used for stock and general consumption. There is a very safe parking spot adjacent to the well maintained historical site. Above co ordinates according to google earth are not spot on for the actual well but these are what my GPSr gave me three times using two different machines.

18-Feb-10
As this one has not been found since I relocated it I went and retrieved it today as I wanted to move the TB along. Will rehide this one tomorrow in the Toowoomba area.

04-Feb-10
had no luck picking this one up - wondering if it is in a similar place to its previous hide? I found the area rather dark and sinister in late (very late) afternoon, and was a bit uneasy poking around under the bridge. Saw nothing that looked like a hiding place. Wondered if I'd got the co-ords wrong but it seems not. The little upside down animals in the trees certainly made their presence felt both noisewise and odour-wise.

Driving to Redcliffe today for a car service and a warranty claim. Quick grab at 0630. I left a TB here. Could the next person to find this cache please take the TB and log a grab from me on the GC traveller page. Will re hide this on before I head home. Finally got back to Nanango at 1930 after a fun day caching.

It's in a handy spot very close to where several busy roads meet or cross. Just off Bruce Highway northbound take Uhlmann Rd exit. Can be accessed from Uhlmann Road, and also from Morayfield road if coming from Caboolture, Burpengary or Nerangba. Bush on both sides of road where cache is placed so you can be safe from prying eyes. You can park right beside the cache. Had to find a place similar to where I found it and I have done just that. You may be tempted to go on for a swim at the Aquatic Centre but there's no time for that, you've got a cache to move. While you're here you could attempt Treking Trev's geocaching.com GC1QPHY "Hugh Log" just nearby if you have not already snared it.

20-Jan-10
My first moving cache! Picked up a couple of fast cars during the day to add to cache for the support and back-up crew. Never know when that spare axle or ashtry may come in handy............now how far can I take it? How about north of Brisbane.

Gentleman (and ladies) start your engines.

Where on the Gold Coast do you move a cache which is filled with model cars and other racing paraphernalia? You move it to the Indy err A1GP pit area.

This should be an easy drive by for anyone who wants to call in for a quick pitstop. Be aware "wheel spins", "burn outs" or generally "laying rubber" on departure is not necessary. Smile

16-Jan-10
Finally caught one!!!

Thanks for the warning If about the spikey plants, as soon as my fingers began registering pain, I knew I was in the right spot.

Cache container is sitting next to me on the desk at home but I'll give a heads up and say that it will be replanted somewhere on the Gold Coast tomorrow (Saturday). Watch this space. Smile

I wheeeled this cache into the city this morning.
A nice central location so the cubicle dwellers or interstate tourists can grab it.
Watch out for the spikey leaves that guard the cache Surprised

12-Jan-10
Well if someone is going to hide a moveable cache right outside where I work how can I resist grabbing it Smile
I was still rubbing the sleep from me eyes this morning as I wandered across the carpark after yet another (yawn) nightshift.
A sudden urge to drop my sunglasses overcame me and after retrieving them I found that I had also picked up the Reel Hot Wheels cache as well Very Happy
Fancy that....!!
Now for a ride into towne on my own set of pedal powered hot wheels Wink

Spotted the feathers then found the cache - nice little hidey-hole - possibly worth a cache of its own.
Will see where I take it next, could go to Brisbane tomorrow.

Coconut???? Ohhhhhh, I see! Very clever richary. I hadn't ever been on this bit of bike path before so it was good to check it out. That's what caching is for I reckon, to find things you didn't know about.

Oh this park looks familiar. Once upon a time another cache used to live here. I still remember those blackberry thorns and the neighbours are still suspicious every time someone parks in their cul de sac.
Now I'm starting to feel like a pirate who's been out plundering with 4 moveable cache race caches sitting here on my desk. Smile

I've added a few orange cones to keep the cars on track and a sign to control all the spectators!

The cache is hidden in a nice park but as usual my gps only had about 8m accuracy. It ought to be pretty easy to pick the hiding spot though, it's quite a typical hide.

20-Dec-09
I found this one with no trouble. I've walked along here quite a bit so I was familiar with the area at least. Not sure where to hide it - most of my good ideas have been used up by past moves. I'll have to recycle some of them maybe?!
